If nothing extraordinary occurred (by that I mean infections or strange adverse reaction, which are extremely rare if the surgery is done properly) you won't be noticing anything on the back, expecially in a woman (and in this particular case, in which she seems to have quite a good density and keeps a long cut).. usually just a cm in lenght (even something less) is enough for the remaining hair to cover the donor area properly
What's left, of course (if no adverse reaction occurs, but that can be considered extremely rare if the surgery is conducted properly).. 1800 follicles is not that much of a graft, with a donor area that dense and wide you wouldn't recognize any signs of the operation after 1-2 months (with a 1 cm hair lenght), you can imagine when they reach the final lenght (20-30 cms), absolutely unnoticeable

What about the donor area does hair grow again or it remain like that
not all the hairs in the donor area are removed,, it will be removed in random i guess, when the other hairs started growing , it wont be visible.

they used that area as the donor. they shaved it, so they could take some hair out from the root, to use on the other areas where she had no hair.
