I was looking at a place in that complex a few years ago. Wanted to stay somewhere outside of Ocho Rios. That's in Hanover Parish, no? On the Negril Border?. That's a beautiful area, but I end up still staying in Ocho Rios at a place where there are lots of fruit trees and on a hill over looking the sea (my preference). Real Estate in Jamaica is through the roof now a days.
Yes , lovely area and very beautiful but the cost for the houses are astronomical. The regular smegular person would have a difficult time buying this, which is unfortunate because I would love a place like this.

I agree. If in the country, prices should be given in local country currency. I am in the UK and it annoys me having to convert several times. It would be useful to put a table to show moderate costs in say JA$/GBP/US$/€uro/Can$ etc. That way the main interest parties are attended to. Thank you

$595,000US don't worth it. It look like this house is in the West End of Negril near Rick's Café. I have been there many time it was nice years ago. I would not pay $5000US for it. Your life is value more that $595,00. Crazy people.
These home is opposite side just as you leaving out of Hanover heading into negril far from west end Rick Cafe. This one the ocean side Rick in on the cliff side. Hope this info was helpful.
I should have been clearer on it's location, my bad. This is actually on the beach road/Norman Manley Blvd in the Northern most part of Negril. As @Applepie stated it's in the Hannover part of Negril

The 2 BR ocean front houses were sold at 349K but no furniture and appliances except the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets with stove top. The landscaping for the ocean front houses was also left to the owners and some did an amazing job there.
