aw man, that happened to my Japanese sake cups too... If you get one of those watery superglues, you should be able to puzzle them back quite nicely though. Apply a small bit with a q-tip. That's what I do.
I actually bought a HJ knife from you and I'm in the UK and I think it was labelled as "utility knife" and that got through although customs kept it for a week iirc. they get very funny about people buying any kind of edged pieces modern or historical sadly so I don't bother with it any more.
GOOD 👍

@@christianrockhold2549 thanks for watching!
Great video on the subject of shipping overseas. Very interested on the back story of the black armband.

Shame about the plate 😥 I'm digging the small naval pennant and the black armband 😃
Dante, will the black arm band make it to your web site? I've been watching for it... no idea if I can even afford it.
One of the reasons I don't ship overseas.
@@kennethreese4659 yeah its a PITA when this happens
Best to ship it with some cheap cooking knifes like meat cleavers in between.
@@luked2767 not a bad idea

@@กาญจน์ชรินดํารงรัตนหิรัณย์ yes but they have exemptions for museum and educational artifacts. But it’s all a game.
Whoever packed the plates didn't protect them well enough.... I don't understand why people do shit half ass when it comes to shipping.
@@zeppelin5000 yeah don’t even get me started.
