You should go to neighboring Bintan Island which is the place where many Singaporeans and Malaysians visit for golfing and staying in resorts. You can also go to Lagoi Beach and Sleeping Buddha there.

Malas banget kalau suatu tempat di Indonesia buat tempat rekreasi nya malah ngambil identitas luar, nggak tertarik sama sekali dan nggak menarik. Kenapa nggak gini aja, buat tempat perbelanjaan bangunan Melayu modern atau Javanase modern atau banguna Minangkabau mix modern jadi ada keunikan bangunan yang dikembangkan di setiap daerahnya. Jadi kalau ke Sumatera Barat ada identitasnya unik, wah ini lagi di Sumatera Barat Minangkabau
