It starts out relaxing. Nice and calming! Untill your brain tells you that you can smell it baking. And the fresh yeastiness of the dough. Yeah relaxing not so much then. So at 3am you are going to stare at the ceiling and listen to your stomach growl and keep the neighbors awake. Or you find yourself getting up and baking yourself and keeping the neighbors awake. I have a bread machine and I know how to use it! The neighbors hate me!

I noticed you should give like a two month course in open a school Less craziness I’m in the same business I don’t do it anymore but you do a great job it’s different what you do you’re talented or a good book step-by-step I would say five series book and relax live your life enjoy be safe

Venita, the main change I made was I replaced the electric oven and one of the gas convection ovens with a propane deck oven.
