When making carrot cake, oil is key(better). It doesn’t do as well with the water content of butter. That’s why all recipes call for oil. If you have a family like mine, they will eat it all so who cares😅 but there’s science behind the oil. 😊

Ahhhmazing! You definitely know how to throw a party! All the food looks divine. I'm happy to hear that you were able to enjoy a great Easter with a bunch of your family and friends. 🌹 I find it so interesting how so many Americans make Baked Beans using canned beans. Mine are an overnight process. I soak Thompson's white beans overnight, strain and rinse them and add fresh water and boil for 30 mins until tender. I add diced onions, molasses, dry mustard, brown sugar, ketchup, salt, pepper and chopped pork side bacon...mix it all together and bake for the entire day at 250 degrees. You can even throw in some pure maple syrup if you like maple! SO much better than canned. Thanks for sharing!

When she was about 2, she got a Sticky Man (you know, a man with the sticky hands and feet). She loved it so much she would sleep with it. She woke up almost every morning yelling "Sticky Man! Kim when making food before the event. I used to put the food in ziploc bags. They then stack and lay flat in the fridge. And have you ever washed your ziploc bags and reused ? I use them for rubbish bags in the car Also could use on the counter for rubbish when doing meal prep
