Thank you for this! My cinema 1060 started to get a blurry image no matter how I adjust the lens focus. Would you be able to show how to adjust/replace the lens on this unit? I'm way past warranty with no place nearby that can fix it, and want to see if I can fix this on my own
Hello, there are a number of things that can cause the image to lack in clarity. One of these things is the lamp, when was the last time your changed the lamp? Replacing the lens on these can be a very advanced repair and requires you to tear down the light engine itself.
Hmmm... coincidently, I just found your video right after you posted because I have a small green curved line spot that looks shaped like it might be a dust fibre on the left of my screen when the background is black... it's not really bad, but was thinking about pulling the projector apart to give it a cleaning but Epson doesn't really make things easily accessible so I might just live it with. I would just blow some air in my 1060 if I knew the best place to do it... is there an air entry spot without pulling everything apart?

For what you are describing the dust is likely on the 3LCD and this would require you to open up the unit to fix this.
