I know that most of these were supposed to be like mindless doodling, but the finished patterns are actually really pretty and interesting! I think they would look great on shirts, cups, notebooks, etc. Just my two cents! 😄

So much Sally in this video- we have been blessed by the cat gods! This might be my new favorite video, it was super cool to see you take on learning a new style that you ended up really enjoying. As a very novice artist, it's nice to see the professionals go about learning new things that are outside their comfort zone. I also loved how your artwork turned out, they're so vibrant and dynamic with a lot of "movement" (if that makes sense) I agree that the small booklet turned out perfect because it's small enough that most people (who probably aren't familiar with this style) won't be intimidated by trying to fill up the page with a new art style.

If you ever get to Czech Republic, I recommend searching for local Koh-I-Noor Hardmuth shops. It's a religious experience, they do and sell A LOT of art stuff.. Czechia is sure a home for them xD

You could laminate those warm up pieces, tie on some ribbon and a charm or two to personalise them and then give them as gifts to any nieces/nephews or other friends/family/loved ones.
Marie, you can use these pens as watercolour paints too as they are water-soluble. Some people have done beautiful paintings with them, by drawing on the pallette first then using like watercolour. Every one of your pieces of art work was stunning. Never expected so many. The fox was to die for.

This style is SO cool!! It's very interesting to see how differently you and DrawingWiffWaffes have dealed with this box, haha! Your videi actually inspired me, and now I want to try to do something in that style in my sketchbook! I speak a bunch of different languages, so I know at leasr 4 different alphabets... Might as well take advantage of that, amirite? I'm saving it as reference for when I finish the few spreads I already have planned. Thanks for the inspiration!

I LOVE how your drawings came out! The linework is so interesting. The bird is probably my favourite.
When I got the box and saw the calligraphy markers, I was kind of bummed because I'm not into hand lettering. But after experimenting and realizing they were water-soluble, I found out that I really loved them as watercolors. They dissolve wonderfully while still remaining pigmented, and even mix very nicely. I'm so glad I'll get tons of use out of them now. Not to mention you've given me the courage to try them out in this way. The advice about letting your mind and hand relax will be very helpful
