  • The Democratic Republic of the Congo, also known as Congo-Kinshasa and formerly Zaire is a country in Central Africa.
Did you know that DRC is the largest country in sub-Saharan Africa, the second-largest in all of Africa (after Algeria), and the 11th-largest country in the world by area?
Today we shall be going on a roadtrip to Bas Congo which is rural province outside DRC's capital Kinshasa.
Unbelievable! What Does Congo Kinshasa Countryside Look Like?

The river you met before reaching Kisantu was Inkisi river. After crossing it you went along its left side to reach Zongo falls wich is on the same Inkisi river. Your journey was like travelling a V shaped itinerary. Kinshasa being on the right top of the V and Zongo on the left top of the V, while Kisantu being at the bottom and the Inkisi river running at the middle of the V shape to go meet the Zongo falls. Much love from Iraq.

My wife was born in Kinshasa and grew up there until she was 12. She originally came from a Luba family from Kasai. Her neighbors spoke KiKongo and Swahili, so you are exposed to quite a few languages as a child. It is an extremely interesting city and together with Lagos the largest black city in the world. And Lingala is for me the most beautiful of all African languages. 🇨🇩🇨🇩🇨🇩

Congo is such a beautiful country with so much potential that as an African it makes me so sad that everybody benefits from Congo resources except for a large portion of Congolese. Every Congolese should be living a dignified life and enjoying their country wealth. I hope going forward that this becomes the case. Big up again for another dope video.

the issue is with congolese too.. what is the literacy rates in congo? why are they too attached to anything french? how can you attract investors if the only lingua there is from their oppressors? look at the number of refugees fleeing congo who never come back there.. how many congolese have become bilionaires from congolese wealth? the country is still semi comatose.. and you attract lot of thieves if you are half awake..

This was in 1996 or 97. That was the last time we flew through there and they said there were tracers going across the river there. Beautiful place. Gosh, 😭the most containers I ever saw in a short time! To imagine this happens day, night, days, weeks, months and years, is scary! 😭The saddest part is seeing international containers full of Africa’s resources, bound to the high seas! Africans must come see, n stop this Looting😩

Uh.... You do know containers aren't always used for export/import right? Pretty good chance those containers are going to other provinces, especially the ones going in the opposite direction of tigress.
      It ain't that deep dawg.

It’s known that there’s a lot corruptions going on at the borders… Well, what to expect when the staff wage is extremely low.
The containers might not always containing stolen goods or minerals but bare in mind that the Congolese government loses around 15 Billions Dollars a year due to corruption alone.
This is a study that was made after the visit of the late UN secretary Kofi Annan.
Some specialists believe that the number is much more higher.

The fish in a truck, destined to Africa! When will Africans stop consuming poisoned food😭😭😭😭😭
My heart is crying forCongo, the heart and soul of Africa! The day Congo’s trees will be wiped out of the surface is the day of the end of life in Africa! Africans must wake up to save their home from extinction 😭
