As Simon stated… the Winmau boards are absolute quality compared to the crap they were using from Unicorn… as well all dart players either have grooves etc in their points, or rough the points up for better grip in the sisal… everyone should get a grip - pardon the pun…

@@einfelder8262did you not watch the match in Riesa? Before his match the board was perfectly OK. After his match it needed replacing. He destroyed it. And that was definitely not a unicorn board.
It’s strange that it’s only him damaging the boards, I don’t see anyone else’s darts falling out of the boards either, so it’s just massive overkill

Nice bloke Simon. But in my opinion he doesn't half make a mess of a dartboard. Must go through some boards at home. 😅.
I stopped using the points destroying my boards wanted to use them for more grip but yeah he clearly don't know what he's talking about they rip the boards to shreds 😂😂😂
A great player and ambassador for darts, but its ridiculous to say that dartboards are not damaged using certain points. Which maybe fine when the dartboards are new and only used for a single occasion, but clubs, pubs, and at home can not afford that.

Grow up some of the points he uses he can easily get sets similar hes used allen keys and made them into points the past that is flat out taking the piss

@@andrewwilliam4101as I understand from Matt Edgar’s video, it is very subjective. The referee will decide if points are damaging a board to such an extent that it affects the other player.
Ironic that he is using a dart called Sabotage....my points dont damage the board? Been on the meths again Simon?
