I’ve had my ‘94 since 2007, I’ve repainted it from its original black( I didn’t like black, no damage )to Corvette 50 anniversary Ruby red tri- coat with the original Magna insignias embedded in the clear coat as was the originals, polished both wheels and forks, added stainless steel brake line, Dave Dodge carb kit, rebuilt carbs and synchronized, Mustang seat and new grips and saddlebags. She has now 53,000 miles on the clock and looks like new. I also blew the pegs off my buddies VTX1800. He wasn’t happy. I surprise a lot of Harley guys as well…LOL. I also have the Red 2014 CTX1300 for longer trips now. Love my V4s
Nice video been looking and waiting for you to post on the vf750C I 've had this bike for 10 years now I have 12,000 miles on it . I agree nice bikes mines been jetted and dialed in . , I've road w/ 20-25 harleys all I can say it kept up with them all on a nice 30-50 mile ride :) . Other than that pretty peppy and nice to cruise around N. Calif :) . Awesome thanks for the vids :) .
Great bikes I had a 1995 deluxe purple and pearl white what's a purple and pearl white little gunfighter windshield. I also had a mid-80s 700 super magna candy red but then had a shaft drive thanks for the memories. Redline that bike was easy.👍🤠
Very nice looking bike. The performance stats you talked about for it, considering the type of bike it is, with it's weight, were pretty damn impressive. Great video!
Oh yes sir I know about this bike The '99 Magnum vf750 that bike is a quick bike. I always like that bike. You really can trick that bike out. It's a fun bike. Always enjoy your info sir. Mind-blowing like new beautiful work Kaplan team. Awesome video Ronnie at when you look at the front end it almost exactly. Looks like a Sportster
The Magna with the pipes swooping up was one of the most beautiful bikes but the engine was way down on power. I sold mine but have regretted it always .
78-79 hp from the 700 cc engine and 240 ish kg's are more than enough. it's a small frame small cruiser that handles pretty well i gues (i don't have one yet and i barely done 300 km's on a bike lol), how can it be underpowered? my personal VT1100 has 49kw (68 hp) and 262 kg's and it pulls just enough to stay up with the traffic and cruise along
@@sketchmoon3333 Both bikes are worth purchasing if you can find them in good condition but they are different. One is a Pitbull and the other, a Jack Russel terrior. I've experience both and if I had to choose one, it would be the VMAX. Hard to pass up 150-190 hp.
I have one and ride it more than my FXR or 86 sportster 1200 my dad bought me on my first birthday in 1987 since I was born in 86. I’ll never part with the Sportster and passing in down to my son when he can get his licnese in 6 years
These bikes sound night & day without the baffles ...if u kno how to ride....these bikes rip...handle curves like crazy....go up 2 teeth the counter sprocket .it will run 135 -140...98k on my 03
@robmcguckin7605 A Gsxr 750 would out out 120 plus at rear wheel in 2000 it went to 140 plus by that time the high compression short stroke 4 valve inline was producing massive power from all four and the magna was very dated but at its inception it was marvel really
@@paulscountry456 My mistake, I was referring to 750's in the cruisers class (1985-2003) and compared to bikes like the Honda Shadow, Yamaha V Star etc.. The GSXR 750, I consider a track bike and an amazing machine but different class all together.
That's definitely one of the most comfortable Cruisers with some balls man it's crazy to even say 1999 around this bike it looks like it's kept up with the times👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💚😎👊🏻🗯💥🤙🏻🤙🏻
I've had a 98 for almost 20 years. I'll probably keep it until it dies or I do. The detail guy on this job kicks ass. I wish he could do mine.

Preferred it to the vmax!thats ridiculous!
Yea, that was a stretch. :)
in terms of power yes. in terms of looks and handling i'm pretty sure anyone would preffer the magna 😅

Not much muscle on that cruiser but a great bike.
Hold it I rode a v45 it was stout ...lol
Compared to most other 750's in that era, 87 HP was some muscle.
