I’m a tattoo artist from Poland, based in Bristol, UK. Every year I visit different studios to meet and learn from different artist. I love to be around art- make it, watch it, read it, listen to and about it.

Your words on taking responsibility and active reflection turning into mindful decision making and action really resonated! Due to my anxiety I spent many many years obsessing and worrying about how I wanted to express myself through my music that I actually all but stopped making any because I was stuck in that option paralysis cycle. Only when I took a step back and analysed WHY I was obsessing and took a moment to understand why I wanted to make music and art, and what I wanted to get from it, did I understand the route I needed to take! I wish this was talked about and taught more!
