Fossicking for Gold & Sapphires in Crevices| Crevicing for Gemstone's| Garnets Sapphires Crystals.

I go fossicking for Rubies & Sapphires in bedrock crevices, Crevicing for Gemstones was so much more fun then just crevicing for gold.
When Prospecting for gold I never check my sieves for Garnets, Crystals, Sapphires or Rubies, But after Gem Fossicking today I think I might start doing just that.

9:09 if you're going to do a pan sort and you have a flashlight, toss the gravel back in the sieve and set the flashlight pointed up through the bottom of the sieve. Makes that kind of sort way easier, the clear stones will light up. Way better at night for sure but might help during the day too.

Not all rubies will react to UV. In one’s that are high in iron content, the iron will drown out the UV reaction.

Lmao um no Rubies aus geology dosnt produce its one of a few gems we dont have do some research crevice king you will find that out ;) diamonds and sapphires and red garnets are common gems to find

Your right Chris😉 there are no gem quality Rubies in Australia 🇦🇺, Corundum doesn’t have the same click bait ring to it as the word rubies does!!
Bago creek Rubies is something you show check out and research mr know it all,
Like I said in the video, iv never had any care for gemstones and that’s the first time trying it.
