That thing could use some type of vibration device to shake it to release the stuff caught in the screen. I made a teenie something like this out of a kid's table and some wire screen for my garden to screen out all of the rocks but I scrapped the idea because it was a hell of a lot of work.
You are the first I have ever seen try to pick up a grizzly screen with forks. It’s industry standard to use the loader bucket to pick and move screens.
Great Video Stan. Thanks for showing this product off. I've been wanting to make my own screener and was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing the angle of the screen deck? Been messing around with different angles but they definitely have it perfect. Thanks.
Looks about 30 35° most dump truck dump bodies are 40 to 50° not many are around 50 though most of you're paving trucks are specd that way but the majority are 40 to 45°
Great investment to use onsite and reuse materials others have to pay exit and import costs. You cant argue smart contracting. ? What are sand, dirt, gravel delivered prices?
I think a guy could easily pay for a screen selling screened dirt. As long as you have material too screen of course..... Of course, screening material for others could actually be a great version...
Put an electric shaker on it, just get it from the manuf and the mounting plates that are the big question. The vibratation brakes the mounting plate and welds of plate; go with manuf kit and be done with it. The vibrator will make a very big difference.
Yes. This would fix any problem for them when they get to the finer dirt screening . Put it on drill battery instead of a generator. Probably a small wireless remote control.
Get lower cost 4 and under. Screen 3 and under screen 2 and under and get screen of 1 and under for the same price just lower volume. Or Rocks from the local farm job they would love it.
Love learning new things 👍 I'm 50, man of all trades, master of none. I Learn new things every day 😊 Great content, gentlemen !
This was awesome guy knows his metal and equipment. God bless!
That's a great idea Stan. I think I would get a front end loader and three more of those screens. Then you'll be in the money. 👍👍✌️
Pretty freakin sweet grandma said @Stan !! 😂😂.. Stay blessed brother!!

I built some similar a few years back. They do work awesome. Looking for to the next video. Love the channel. Cheers
Simple... but very effective! Produces results desired. Thanks for exposing a new tool that I never knew existed!
Nice one Stan. 👍👍🏴🏴
Love the enthusiasm Stan!
Stan, I'm seeing $$$ with those river rocks you're screening out. Just a thought!
Diamond C trailer fenders are tough
Another awesome machine. I've considered investing in something similar to this. Keep it up.

I made something like that with 2x4s and 1/2" wire mesh. It may have not been very hevy duty but it worked good enough for me cleaning up some soil.

Needs a shaker deck setup!

That’s a nice setup. How much does it cost?
Their website shows this one at $5100. Add $1400 for additional screens. Extra $3k for a shaker motor.
All you need is conveyor and a wash plant and we have a new member to the gold rush series!

Nice piece of equipment
Watching in 2x speed, just thought i would put that tip out there for anyone that wants the info in double time
Needs an electric motor on the side that shakes
Welded a piece of flat steel on the shaft of a motor. It adds more vibration.

They sell vibrators for dump truck bodies roughly 700 bucks. If you need something stronger you can put 2 on.
How many 🇵🇱’s does it take to…???
(I’m Polish too, so…) 😜
I see it needs to be really dry if it doesn't have a shaker
What size screens did you get?
That's awesome
Imagine if that thing had a small gas motor to vibrate
That’s kind of cool. I kind of want to play.
