@@npne1253 I would contact a local dealer that sells Asko in your area.

This is the 40 series. The 30 series does not have lights or the second spray jet for the bottom rack.

@9:15, the silverware shelf is the same size if the model has it. On the 50 series there is a middle shelf that holds small bowls and large utensils and it is missing the top silverware basket. Asko just released a 60+ series which has all four shelves. Looking to get that!

Nice review. Owned this as well and considering buying for new house primarily because of sleek look and water softener. Why didn’t you mention there is a model 30 at same price point that accept salts to soften water and alleviate hard water spots?

Would have loved to hear the quietness of the appliance in the video

We've had two ASKO Dishwashers and have really been happy with just how quiet they are one of the features I felt was very important. Have had dinner parties and our guests could not hear the dishwasher even in the same area.

How well does it dry? Especially plastics?

    • @TheBreakdownWithLuke

It has a special mode to help dry plastics.

Right.... In your experience, how well does that mode work? Do you still notice water on the plastics or are they dry?

Seems to work well to me.

@@jimsackerman it’ll leave your dishes soaking wet but then also melted the plastic ?!. Sucks I’ve never had a worse dishwasher. Also leaves dishes dirty. Literally the worst. Stay away

@@monalisazinati7782 thanks for the reply... I ended up going with a Bosch with crystal dry (somehow got one even with the supply chain issues). Great machine...if you read the directions for how to start it lol 😂

    Does it dry plastics well?

This is literally the worst machine I’ve ever used. Just moved into a new build that has one of these. Came here to see if there was something I was doing wrong.
    1) your dishes will be soaking wet and you have to hand dry everything
    2) plastic will melt even though your dishes are soaking wet?!
    3) dishes come out dirty.
This is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I’d recommend a Bosch that was the one we bought for our last house and it was amazing.
    4) if anyone wants this shitty machine in the seattle area I’ll sell it half price just to get it out of here.
