You guys are the most promising and exciting crew in the game today. It’s no wonder that Keene provided that prototype to you. They couldn’t get better exposure anywhere, especially because of the fact that your jaw crusher is a venerable but perhaps unreliable antique. That thing seams to do a real nice crush for the first step. Looking forward to seeing the results. Can’t wait!
THese guys work like I have rarely seen. THey are beasts working with the effort they they are putting into their operation. THe views will come eventually
Keene Engineering is an awesome and high-quality manufacturer - I've purchased various prospecting equipment from them over the years and everything holds up great. Really cool that they provided you with this prototype for test purposes 💛
@@terrybusch5088 I feel the same way - all of them (mineoperator, Jason at mbmmllc, danhurd, Brent at ghosttownliving, and mojaveminingcompany) have great work ethics and exemplary social skills 😊 I always look forward to all of their videos - and when they collaborate, magic happens. Always learning something 🙏🏼💛
So Keene sent you a one of a kind prototype without instructions. I am surprised. I believe a single Keene gold pan comes with instructions. Please correct me if I am wrong as it has been a while since I have made a Keene purchase.
I love how you guys are working on hard rock mining machines and systems. I really am hoping you hit some really juicy ground and hit the mother load because it is really obvious that you are working it all in the right direction with what you have built, looked at and are testing. Best of luck.
Now you just need to send it through a ball mill. That fine of feed material should let you get some pretty good production out of a 3x4 Gardner Denver ball mill. Oh, by the way, I have a skid mounted one for for sale if you're interested.
Sooooo. You guys are fun to watch. As well as Jason from MBMMLLC. I started watching you guys from seeing you help in his mine. He also manufactures crushers as well as many other items of great quality. How’d you not end up using one of his 🧐.
We would love to own one of his turn key systems. We're on a shoestring budget, so to speak. We got a great deal on the equipment we have. It's definitely an option we're considering.
From what I can observe watching Jason's channel, it looks like Jason has his crusher jaws set to approx. 1/2 minus. He also has a secondary crusher set to crush to powder size.+
@@AUMINER1 yes, I agree, I just didn't know the name of Jason's second processing machine. Either way, MO will still need to further process their material before it can be put over the shaker table.
@@grantlucas2012 hammer mill is the term they use. It will do a better job for table ore than a roller mill for several reasons. The roller will flatten out the gold into pancakes and make gravity recovery problematic. The hammermill does a better job, but still pulverizes 85%-90% into 50 mesh -. To get 100% passing 60 mesh ( the general standard for separation ) a screen would be needed, but then throughput is reduced, trading one problem for another. it's a balance of importance and priorities.
Great update, guys! I've been using Keene equipment for over 30 years! Good stuff!! Thumbs up! Safety first!
I ordered a shirt and thank you Keene for letting MO use the crusher.
Hi Mike, we'll get your order shipped tomorrow. Thanks for your comment and support!
Can't wait to see how you are going to run that material. Best of luck to you men.

Cannot wait to see the results from all of these!
I guess there's going to be a part 3 thanks for the video
Looks good can’t wait to see what you get.

That crusher is rocking it!
Good business. Make the deal "rent to own ".
Woo hoo. Been waiting all day to finally be able to watch this. Well done gentlemen.
Thanks Garrett!

No thanks on the crusher, price would probably bankrupt me,🤣 cool vid though.
It needs a hopper on top and a shroud to contain the crushed material.
We took the hopper off so we could hand feed machine. Otherwise we would use a conveyor. Great idea.

Cool, ..... hey Y'all, ... heavy pans to Ya ! ⛏⚒⛏
Man, I am at my daughter’s college orientation and I’m watching this. Either I am a super fan or a total idiot
We absolutely love it! Have fun at her graduation! Tell her Mine Operator says congratulations 🎊!
We should send you a tshirt for that comment.
You know what Harry, that's a great idea. Adding it to tomorrow's shipment 😉.
@@mineoperator I would wear it proudly
Jason missed the mark on not giving or demoing these channels. He can write it all off.
JASON IS AN EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER. miner and prospector. Mine operator should use his jaw crusher and table. lol.
Pound that like button folks it will get them more views
You should name that crusher"The Hog"
☁ Puff Puff Pass ☁ Namaste
Great
i have a jaw crusher and hammer mill that i'm willing to sell for $2000. bought them from MBMM.

Good luck. 1+++ oz per ton
👍
how about one showing your gold
We are running tests today, will get that video out soon.
RC 46 on roids. nice to get good crush with one machine
Does a far better job than Jason's crusher.

Jasons is a primary jaw crusher and then a pulverizer - two sep machines.

Oh yeah, I would say that's an upgrade! Good job @mineoperator ------->💯%🔥
Excellent video. I'd love to get a few pounds of your material for testing. Cheers, Dave
Thanks Dave. We can arrange that.
Here I sit broken hearted! Lol! Wanted to see the results on the PURPLE materials, guess I'll be looking forward for it. 😢 Stay on it.....⚒️⛏️🏔️⚖️🤿🤠
