    You guys are the most promising and exciting crew in the game today. It’s no wonder that Keene provided that prototype to you. They couldn’t get better exposure anywhere, especially because of the fact that your jaw crusher is a venerable but perhaps unreliable antique. That thing seams to do a real nice crush for the first step. Looking forward to seeing the results. Can’t wait!

    So Keene sent you a one of a kind prototype without instructions. I am surprised. I believe a single Keene gold pan comes with instructions. Please correct me if I am wrong as it has been a while since I have made a Keene purchase.

    Now you just need to send it through a ball mill. That fine of feed material should let you get some pretty good production out of a 3x4 Gardner Denver ball mill. Oh, by the way, I have a skid mounted one for for sale if you're interested.

      @grantlucas2012 7 месяцев назад +1

      From what I can observe watching Jason's channel, it looks like Jason has his crusher jaws set to approx. 1/2 minus. He also has a secondary crusher set to crush to powder size.+

    • @AUMINER1
      @AUMINER1 7 месяцев назад +1

      Jasons is a primary jaw crusher and then a pulverizer - two sep machines.

    • @grantlucas2012
      @grantlucas2012 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@AUMINER1 yes, I agree, I just didn't know the name of Jason's second processing machine. Either way, MO will still need to further process their material before it can be put over the shaker table.

    • @AUMINER1
      @AUMINER1 7 месяцев назад +2

      @@grantlucas2012 hammer mill is the term they use. It will do a better job for table ore than a roller mill for several reasons.The roller will flatten out the gold into pancakes and make gravity recovery problematic. The hammermill does a better job, but still pulverizes 85%-90% into 50 mesh -. To get 100% passing 60 mesh ( the general standard for separation ) a screen would be needed, but then throughput is reduced, trading one problem for another. it's a balance of importance and priorities.
