Awesome tour you two, hope this video blows up for you guys! My first tour video of the cabin camper did alright (a little over 100k views now)... but I made another "Official" tour video of the camper. About a month after I made it it started blowing up and it's sitting at nearly 3 million views now (just 9 months later). That 1 single video has brought me enough revenue to literally pay for my entire camper build lol.. I guess my point is it's definitely worth trying to pull the roamer into your videos as much as possible, even if it may feel that you've already talked about it, there's probably a whole bunch of folks new to your channel that haven't seen the old build videos:). I genuinely hope you guys get the exposure you deserve for all of your efforts. Nice work!
Thanks for the love man! Us too. We just can’t seem to get a favorable algorithm. It’s pretty discouraging at times to be honest. Psyched to see your channel and content blowing up! You’ve been crushing it! Looking forward to the day our paths cross!
That’s what I’ve been saying for months now! Well because of Andrew I found your channel which is another gem 💎 the consistency will pay off man! I’m trying to talk the girlfriend into doing a build this big but we might end up going the f350 build with a pop up to save time and get back on the road. Keep it up guys ☝️☝️
@@SkateForPoverty Right on man, appreciate it! If definitely took a lot of time/energy to build and I could have pretty muchy just bought a generic 4 wheel camper for what I spent building it... all depends on what your in to;)

Hi, love your awesome looking rig that is parked near us today, “TahoeBoonDogZ” on Dubinsky Well Road near Moab Utah. We both enjoyed this video you posted too. I can easily love truck camping full time now, so much faster to clean the house and more time exploring the world, now I need to convince my husband, we just love it, meeting new people and having many exciting adventures, skiing, hiking, and MTB, you guys are really living large. Enjoy every minute!! We just subscribed, rang your bell and I shared this video on my Facebook page. 😉 Debbie, Mike, Shasta and Pooky.
Hey Debbie! Thank you so much for tuning in! We really appreciate it! Sounds like you’re living the good life as well! We’re camping just down the road but snagging some Wi-Fi to upload. Thanks again for for the love!
Love LOVE the roamer. I have the same solar / lithium set up in my Super C. We haven't had the opportunity to give it a good run down yet though. Bathroom is an absolute MUST! Good call Ashley. Thank you for the tour!
Great video! I can really see you two are really enjoying your build, you all look very happy ! You and Ashley did a great job building it. Thanks posting this video after you have been in the truck for a while, it really builds confidence in the fact that you can DIY a full time RV and have it be MUCH better than something you could buy.
Thank you so much for the support Micah! We're so stoked with how it came out, we wouldn't trade it for anything else. The customized storage really is a huge benefit for us.
awesome video guys! You seriously crushed it with that thing, I'm not sure I've ever seen something so well thought out and detailed. One question that I'm not sure I've seen answered - How much water do your tanks hold? Is it enough to use the shower semi frequently? Keep on it! Hope to see you on the slopes sometime! AJ
Thank you for the stoke AJ that means a lot to me! Our freshwater tanks hold 66 gallons and our grey water tank holds 22 gallons. We were using our shower, especially the outdoor one, pretty frequently this fall and winter to rinse off and had to fill the tanks every couple weeks or so.
Andrew: please discourage Ashley from showing where all the secret compartments are (lol). Really nice rig guys; only "OMG" thing I saw was the U-channel attachments for the stairs to the rig. Maybe you can add a bolt or sliding gate to close off the top of the U when stairs are up - avoid a potential accident. I'll be checking out your channel for sho...
Thank you Paul! Haha there's nothing in the secret compartments worth hiding, just extra storage for all of Ashley's shoes 😂 The stairs have bolts to hold them in, we just had't attached them.
@@AndrewMuse sorry, that did seem kind of weird. The way it came out. I love the Earth Roamers, but come on. Who really has that kind of money. Nice work.

Awesome build, watched the full build series and was impressed by the quality of workmanship. Loved that you showed your mistakes, makes you guys more real. Two things I would have done differently are a north to south bed, makes it easier to get in and out (I have a Truck Camper that way). Would have used a RAM 5500 vise the Ford, only reason, I'm a Ram guy. Regardless of the make of truck or how the bed is, amazing work on the build and greatly content on all three seasons, please keep up the awesome work. G
Thank you so much for the support and the suggestions! The north to south bed is a great idea, Ashley is always crawling over me to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night haha.
Great tour video and absolutely mind blowing build! Congrats and glad to see your legs healing up. Would love to see a bit more detail on your water system... Do you have any filters? Are there sensors in your holding & greywater tanks to show the levels? Where on the rig is the greywater dump and do you have an electric ball valve or do you have to open it by hand outside?
Thank you so much for the stoke! The leg is feeling great thankfully, I've been on the mountain almost every day since we've been back. We don't have filters or sensors on our tanks to show the levels. Thankfully in Baja it was extremely easy to fill up the rig with purified water, we actually found it easier than the U.S. The grey water dump is under the rig and we pull it by hand to open it.
@@AndrewMuse thanks for the quick response! Hey! Another awesome video! You guys were actually the inspiration to start designing my own "expidition" vehicle. I am actually considering putting an ambulance body onto an F-450 or something and I was wondering how your mounting system is holding up? Does it allow for enough flex so that the body of your rig doesn't break? Can you recomend this method of attaching the box or should I find another way? Thank you both for all the inspiration! Im so excided for the coming adventures :)
Thank you so much for the stoke Julian and that's awesome to hear you're planning your own build now! The mounting system has been holding up great. We haven't had any issues with it not flexing enough and we took the rig on some pretty gnarly terrain in Baja.
Why run a propane heater when your truck is diesel? Diesel heaters put out much dryer heat if I'm not mistaken.. would probably help with your moisture bedding problem too?
We worked with Dometic on our appliances and they didn't offer a diesel heating option, but the propane is exhausted to the outside so it doesn't add any moisture to the rig thankfully.
Awesomeeeeeeeeeeee. You guys look so happy and proud of what you guys built! Well deserved and beautifully amazing!!! Beyond amazing home!!! Keep up the amazing work and life! Lol Question. Hey Andrew, I’m an electrician and I know that there is a kind of tracing(a cable that heats up) which only heats up when it gets below freezing, it does not use much electricity. When its above 32 degrees it does not use electricity at all. Maybe this could be a temporary solution to your water system?
Awesome rig! How do all the white interior bits stand up to active fun-havers like yourselves? Scheming for another build myself and while I love the look/brightness of the white I always wonder how it does outside of Instagram shots.
Thank you! Haha we love the white interior, but it definitely requires wiping down the cabinets regularly especially with Kicker coming in dirty all the time. We used eggshell finish with the paint to help make it easier to wash down.
Could we see more about battery, solar, electrical systems you are running? You mentioned the 3 170W solar panels but not how many Ah of battery you have. Thanks.
Definitely, we've got 400 Ah! Let me know if you have any other questions from anything we missed! We actually just realized one of our panels came wired backwards after finding a popped fuse so we've been happy to have that panel working again.

There are 12-24VDC electrical controlled valves that they can be triggered automatically at specific temps to drain the system as the last resort.
We can totally winterize the system by draining the water and filling it with antifreeze that would be super easy. We just didn't last year since we live in it full-time.
