Using SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) is a natural for these RVs. Glad to see you went this route. The beauty of them is they can be made up to 8'x24", and various thickness. They are inherently stiff/strong and bear all sorts of load. And of course, it is completely insulated. You can cut windows/doors, etc., and within reason, not endanger the structural integrity.

We were SO close to being full time RVers with our 6 kids (we’re a blended family), but it was held up by changes in our custody arrangement with my husband’s ex. We had renovated the whole thing and had even moved out of our place and were preparing to get on the road in a matter of days. Anyway, as far as work, my husband is a front end developer (a type of web developer), so he was just going to continue his work as usual. That’s one option. You should check out the website rootless living. They have a free magazine that gives lots of ideas on how people live this lifestyle.

September 2020 Tiny Home Tours has tons of great ideas here for almost any living space here: Tiny Home, conventional home or apartment. Love the wall of shelves with the flat buttons instead of handles (used on boats). Maybe you should paint the name of your You Tube channel on the outside of your truck. Tip: ideally more AC for your dog. Maybe someone out there has good ideas for more AC (hopefully at a reasonable cost). This information on AC's could be helpful for all pet guardians and builders. Great design! I am curious how the interior reacts to the flexing of the vehicle in an offroad situation, looking at the furniture, drawers, doors, everything looks so tight with barely any gaps (not criticizing just curious).

We've rallied this thing and thankfully haven't had any issues! The box shouldn't experience much flex at all with the way the mounting knuckles articulate.

Oil cooler, EGR cooler, head studs, fuel injection control module and water pump, that's what you gotta watch for on this 6.0L engine Ford used.
