Let's go! I've been thinking of that honestly. Stick around! I'll get one recorded in the next few weeks.

Definitly enjoyed watching the come up with that home! I am also on the path to house hack soon using the VA Loan, I'm currently obsorbing as much info about it as possible while on this last "deployment", so I appreciate your videos! Did you have any mentors guide you in your journey so far?

Thanks Xavier! Good for you. Take in as much info as you possibly can, then it's all about implementing and jumping! I had a few friends that had some experience in buying real estate and house hacking, so they were able to steer me in the right direction as we worked through our search. But honestly, most of it was from watching youtube, listening to podcasts and reading books.

IMHO... if you got booked so fast after listing, then you are under charging. I never trust the AirBNB pricing engine. Have you tried Pricelabs? Great content, thanks for sharing🙂

This is a great point! I think the 20% discount made it very attractive at first. We're also trying to find that optimized price where we maximize occupancy/revenue. Still working to find that point as seasons change. Thanks for the feedback! Are you running an Airbnb also?

@@jasonburds thanks. Yes, I have several properties in the Poconos. I have found a combo of Pricelabs, Rankbreeze, and the 'enemy' method works best. Pricing can be really tough to nail down, and the market in general is extremely price sensitive. Best of luck!
