Escort is such a difficult game mode for these challenges. Not only do you have to clear the cart, you have to just sit on it.
As you pointed out on the first one it's more the map that hurt you/helped you. Long sightlines with low healthpack density hurt you the most that second match.
Honestly if the Bronzies just picked a Sombra and took away all the health packs he wouldn't stand a chance.

@@noii1524 debatable, fortify prevents sleep and antis don't do much. Nano may or may not help
@@abhinandhari7812 fortify have long cooldown so it's not a problem to catch un-fortified Orisa, and no sleep does much because it's literally free 5 seconds on point
the bronze players make this so much harder than it should be
Top 500 Sigma (lame): repositions barrier frequently based on the flow of the fight
Bronze Sigma (gigachad): places barrier once, refuses to elaborate
I mean, there's a reason they are literally bronze players

Fax, a hacking Sombra with a zen constantly disorbing the orisa with high DPS and it's so winnable
I’d love to see a creator do this but with something above Diamond, it’d be a nice change from “blank vs bronze players”

Honestly I think this is really cool you get to do this in a semi-serious way and showcase it. It seems like everybody has a positive time, but it's also not completely casual either. Both Emongg and the 5-stack are playing very strategically. Although map knowledge and game sense are important in every game mode, I feel like both sides here get to appreciate a side of Overwatch not many fully experience. OW has been very death-bally/heal-bally for years now. Getting health packs and making long rotations are honestly a rarity for most people. Thank you Emongg and co.!
I'd actually be curious to see 1 buffed player vs 5 players around the same rank as the buffed solo, or maybe against 5 diamonds/masters, in order to see what strats the team would use.
But I feel like the balance would be hard to find, since the solo player would probably need a bigger buff than against bronzes

Zen Discord+Mercy Boost to melt you.
Sigma to eat and block your projectiles.
Kiriko to cleanse when you ult.
A DPS to pocket, preferably mid range character.
they can’t have 3 supports, but a bastion and sombra would be the best dps and zen mercy as supports imo
4:58 with how old overwatch is, it blows my mind that you still can’t cancel an emote
It's on purpose, if you could cancel emotes they would be free third-person POV

If this were an actual gamemode I feel like it would help your mental game incredibly, really helps to hear emongg talk thru his strategy too

The thing about the bronze zen is that he didn’t discord even when he had clear line of sight for emong
Maybe make cart move faster aswell by a small modifier just 1.5x so the bronze players don't get to take like 5 fights every point
5x stats brig sounds like it could be something cool
16:25 I think the play is actually to just let them rez there and go kill the 2 on cart while they do, I don't think it actually matters too much if they cut the respawn time down by a couple seconds since you do so much damage but the only way they win a fight is if they can force you to contest the point so you have to stop that early

You should do buff mystery tank vs 5 Bronze
Love the series I think with 2.5 playing against gold players could be a different and interesting experience
plot twist: this is emongg playing orisa with buffed hp and normal orisa dmg

I assume Ana is banned as you could easily just sleep emongg when they are off the cart and just push it. Nanoboost damage reduction and damage increase is also just really good. Also this souljourn never seems to learn.

I like that these show that, with some teamwork, bronze players aren’t actually *that* bad. They know how to position, they know good team compositions, etc.

I've never seen a bronze player ever go Pharah and Mercy flying pocketing ever. That requires more then being bronze.
As someone who has just recently played in Bronze, both as Support and DPS, I can tell you it happens fairly regularly :)

4x would probably be enough. I think you vastly underestimate how much 10x is lol

@@__--_--_----- honestly yeah, with x10 stats, one orisa pellet with no falloff would do what like 120 damage? it would be too easy unless the bronze player in question cannot hold left click for some reason
@@ItsAllGoodMan696 4x moira does 200 damage per second by holding right click within 20 meters of enemy, 0 aim required. orb one shots. she is also permahealing from it. 4x is definitely enough even for a bronzie lol
@@ItsAllGoodMan696 I mean imagine a Cassidy that does like 280 dmg body shots. That’s 4x. Or a helix rocket that does 480 dmg while also having 800 health.

Its like whats going on in league of legends Bronze just means you didnt but in time and lack technical skill. They know almost all of the tricks and cheese they just cant execute them in normal games.

Would sombra work? No healtpacks , 40 % health with ult, and hack to stop blocking

These type of vids are stupid, a regular top 500 orisa could probably take on 2/3 bronze players without buffs, the buffs applied are too much, they're always payload maps, so not only do they have to cap a point, they have to escort it as well, getting involved in what, 5-6 fights per point? The outcome to all these videos is obvious right from the start, not to mention most bronze players play like it's their first time ever in a video game
