Will austin reaves ever be an all star ?
nope
actually maybe
Someday he will💯
@@wagwan6ix-topic726 i believe 🙏🙏🙏
yes
At first when you watch him play you might say … “he’s just lucky” but then these videos of his repeated “luck” show up and you realize the guy has a unique ability to make crazy plays and score!
Lucky? He in the league.
@@doncardi8699 You're Right But He Wasn't Drafted. He was Overlooked by Every Other Team The Lakers Saw Potential and Signed Him. So The Fact That He's in the League is In Fact Lucky.
Lol you didn't have to watch this video to know he's better than most lol . Any baller can see he's really good n has a unique style of play .
@@CrescentStatesFactshe could’ve been drafted. There was some interview he did that I think Detroit was gonna take him but AR wanted to play for LA cuz he’s a Kobe fan and I think he decided to go undrafted so he could choose LA. He bet on himself.
Yea this video shows his crazy🎉
Every time AR has a fresh haircut, he goes off for a few games hahahha
fr tho
BOI just needs daily haircuts.
this is true, he got his beard shave before todays game and drop a triple double 😂
@@highsensefn1449 does he have more body hair for the next game?
Spider man playing basketball like this. Makes sense.
Lebron's trust in AR has enhanced his confidence and game..
Those two seem to have a good vibe
Le Balco " I need more help"😂
Lefraud gonna trade him watch
They are better without LaBronda and his fake "ankle injury".
you barely see Lebron in any of these clips. obviously he doesn't play like this as much when he plays with him
Bro reaves behind the back is on point 💥🔥
Hung out w russbrick too mych 😂
Pause
Yea but it’s kinda his only move 😂😂
J will had them behind the backs, the man could fling it the length of the court lol
@@ArticularsCA big pause lol
what a throwback! never heard of this kid. but then again I stopped watching NBA in the early 90s. the new Pistol Pete! we need more basketball like this.
Came to say this, Maravich vibes!
such a fun player to watch
Yeah I think AR maybe a whole step behind j will but he's a way better at scoring ..I like AR myself
Damn that boy is good!
Today's players can't guard anybody 🤣 They can't guard slow pudgy players like Doncic and Jokic...they can't even guard nobody's like Austin Reaves. Just imagine what Shaq, Jordan, Kobe, Dominique, Iverson, Wilt, Bird, Barkley, Malone, Wilt, Hakeem, Kareem, Magic, T-Mac, Carmelo, Kemp, Grant Hill, David Robinson, Karl Malone, Iceman Gervin, Elgin Baylor, Reggie Miller, etc would do to the weak defense of today’s era. They would dominate today's players because of the rules and the lack of emphasis on defense
Dlo and AR are the most entertaining on the team
DArvin literally went with Prince and Reddish over them lmao
And they hangout the most

@@FreedomFighter2112 Bird played in the "iron era" and was considered as Jokic and Doncic, very skilled and smart with the ball, but slow and not so much athletic. Yet he completely owned and dominated the league made by every name on your list. So Doncic and Jokic would have shined too at that time, maybe less, but still shining
This dude has so much potential. I hope he keeps developing his game and remains an important piece to the lakers
Reeves perfect compliment to the Lakeshow! Appreciate his game!
Switching hands during jumpshot is the thing that impressed me most. Can't remember any other player who would do a mid range left handed jumpshot because his right hand side is contested
Larry Bird
@@mastod0n1 Oh right. He was so good at that also
Reaves is handling that ball 🏀, and passing classical Bron style, man you are an asset!
Has uncanny ability to move his body around his handling of the ball while accelerating rapidly/changing directions. He flows like water, defying expectations. 😮
He's just soooo good 🥺🥺🥺
I’m like that I like this guy so much🎉
Reminds me of some of the 70's players. Like a Pistol Pete. AR see's the floor well.
Right
Plays like a faster Bird without the deadly shot.
@smackette he reminds me of eminem if he was good at basketball
I'm getting major Magic Johnson vibes

You know you got great handles when Kyrie is giving you props.

We did see what Carmelo does in today's nba
Fun fact: Austin reaves is just Peter Parker in our multiverse that pursued basketball ⛹🏻instead of criminal after that day in the gym 🤾🏻♂️
THE GOAT CONFIDENCE THRU THE ROOF
Austin Reaves, the Eminem of NBA
YEP YOU DID IT IN ITS FACTS
He actually reminds me of Jason Williams or Pistol Pete, not quite as flashy, but he has the potential to get there.
more like Pistol since he scores more than he passes.@@shawnvogt888
Williams was flashy but his overall stats weren't that great. Reaves is more allround @@shawnvogt888
@@shawnvogt888He’s quite flashy lol
Dude is special, Austin is a real deal, Thank God he is a Laker.
This discount he gave LAL on his contract is crazy dude could have gotten double the amount easily…

@@FreedomFighter2112Agree 💯%
Kid is good no doubt, and he's fun to watch. He absolutely belongs in the NBA.
Austin will be an all-star for two more years.. he plays outstanding intelegent and good decision making.. he will be an all-star 100% possibility..
Austin.....you're him!!!!
The Lakers MUST keep AR for many years at all costs! Reminds me of footage of Pistol Pete or Jerry west. White mamba reeves!! This guy is badass 😎
AR is underestimated. He's very good.
Underrated?
I just love his whole game... skills, attitude, moxie/chutzpah... and zero BS. None of the latent adolescent we get with some of these guys who, were it not for basketball would be in some institution or other. I believe him to be the real deal. Hope he stays healthy. :)
Austin is my favorite player whatever team he is on I'm a fan of. Man makes me enjoy basketball again. Can't wait to see how far he goes with his career
So your a Lakers fan, and will be until he retires
@@ryancraig8757 I sure hope so I am a cali native so naturally I'm a lakers fan but I would follow him as a fan regardless if he swapped teams probably better said that way.
Dude has talent! He plays with his heart and you can tell he had fun doing it! Hope to see him stay with the Lakers for many years and get a few rings on his fingers doing it!!!
He reminds me of Manu Ginobli. The way he moves toward the basket (euro step, behind the back dribble...)
AR’s got a lil Jason Williams in his bag with those behind the backs
Jason or Pistol Pete, who Jason was compared to.
J will was way nastier with it, but I see little pieces.
Definitely, with a little more English on his shots near the basket!
@@LeeCampbell6581 prime white chocolate is the nastiest showman to ever play the game, dude had the kind of exciting plays that make fans out of people who don’t watch sports at all
@@Spaghettibeach absolutely! I watch highlights now and still can’t believe he did what he did lol
I Would have loved to see AR and Caruso play together.
real shit man
it'd break the internet
Reaves playing and looking like Stockton ga real
He is much flashier than Stockton and a much better scorer but not as good a passer. You don’t have to compare him to Stockton just brcause they’re both white
@@Kingofsweaters John Stockton is a joke.
This guy went undrafted! 😅
M deficiency... the only answer. The guy is great.
He put up great numbers at oklahoma
@@tedfordhyde Detroit was going to draft him, very late though. I don't know what the player's rights are on this, but he had it conveyed to them that he wasn't interested.
He play amazing defense as well, thats why I like him.
One of the best stories in the NBA
AR is very skillful and he's such a kool guy......
No Tattoos that I can see<
He's very respectful in the game at the same time learning a whole lot from LBJ ❤️
THANK U for this - AR15 is one of my favorites in the NBA by far
Phil Handy turned this dude into a Jedi Knight
Reaves ❤👍👍....hard worker
he and lebron crack me up they’re always up to something sick
Reaves is so underrated. I really think AR can be the 3rd star for the Lakers. He has been getting better every season.
Just speaking facts here! It's because he's white. That's why he's underrated
@user-ll5si8uh4r bro thinking like that can be toxic. Plenty of white players in the NBA getting high praise. Like Jocic, Luka, Porzingis, Sabonis, and Booker just to name a few. Reaves went under the radar, I think because he was undrafted so expectations were low. But he is showing people what he's made of and I think people are starting to notice.
Austin out here looking like Bird and Magic
Man we laker fans are blessed to have this special talent
This guy isn't traveling! Nearly every highlight reel in the last 15 years leans heavy on traveling or the new rules of "gather step" 🤮 etc. This is skill on another level.
i love ar's game man it's so smooth
When the guy from Arkansas, has the most sauce.
Dudes handles level is maxed out!
Saucetin' Reaves
Dude's just one of those guys who knows where everyone is on the court... not insanely quick. Sometimes looks like he moves through water. And the slowness is what catches people off guard.
But still also has like insane jedi skills and eyes in the back of his head
AR is underrated, guy has tremendous basketball IQ, playmaking and scoring ability.
Best thing about AR is his confidence, he has no fear at all in the big moments. First playoff series and hes shouting "im him" after hitting clutch buckets.
He's not quiet Kyrie but AR is breaking some ankles out here!! Let's Go Lakers!!!
bro he STAY doin curry diiiiirty omg
Ahaha 3:40 he's like "oh wait can I dunk too?"
He has an incredible awareness of the players around him!
Is Reaves "Pistol Pete's" son? Jebus. They play the same. Love it. One of my favourite players at the moment.
He's really been justifying my AR1 purchase recently lol, he's the reason I became a laker fan and tune into every single lakers game!
His pivot/established foot is outstanding.
Stop playing with my boy AR💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Austin played one on one to older brother growing . His is now playing Europe . That's how he got his one on one moves .
Reeves is no joke. Guy is playing insane lately. I think he had 4 blocks in last game. Hes exciting to watch.
That’s A LOT of highlights!!!
Wow! I want to watch more players like this!!! 🔥
I love the title of this video😂😂😂
Reminds me of the ball we played as teens. Makes me want to watch some games again
The turn, the Fake, The Shot, THE SCORE!!
That should be on a t-shirt.
H E
S T I L L
HIM
Everyone who's not a Lakers fan watches this dude wishes he was on their home team. Lets keep watching to see how far he goes. wow.
Love the handles❤
My man out here a modern day Byrd with more athletism. The league truthfullly needs more of this. This era proves its more fast paced and athletic and Reeves just helping elevate it more with ball handles and wow factor.
underrated handles. He’s also good with that bump and 1 shot.
I see that Reaves has been watching some old Pistol Pete footage! That boy AR15 is cold!!!
A.R. is a beast!💯
congradulations to Reeves for practicing more than anyone else, so he can do that stuff and no one else can
The lakers should give Reaves an assignment that he should be practicing his 3 point shooting. They need more shooters and he should be a consistent one.
you can tell this dude put HOURS in on the ol driveway hoop every night
5:55 THE FAKE THE TURN THE SHOT THE SCORE
shit hard asf it make me cry
Austin Reaves,is amazing!Just amazing...
Gotta end it wit da GOAT. You get a subscriber outta me.
Reminds me of the Birdman as far his drive to score and passion for the game.Great passer too.
Austin Reaves! A very talented player that I could see dominating with the right attitudes and push around him. Is he an all-star? I wouldn’t ever doubt it in this life. I see it! C’mon Austin; you got it!!!
I dub him “ Magic Bird” going forward. Good stuff and a bright future
I will show this highlights to my future grandkids and tell them that Austin Reeves was a Michael Jordan on this era and they would definitely believe that😁
He's exciting to watch so yes he should be an All-Star. That's why Kobe started in the All-Star game in his 2nd year and he didn't even start on his own team at the time, The Lakers.
AR is such a fun guy to watch play. I was just watching the game the other night and my wife, who rarely watches sports with me, says "who let the nerd play?" and I couldn't stop laughing 🤣🤣
His skills are one thing, but the court awareness is off the charts.
He could probably be a fighter pilot the dude has amazing situational awareness. In the context of fighter pilots and aviation, situational awareness involves the ability to quickly comprehend and process information about the environment to make effective decisions and find the opening for the shot.
Watching AR highlights and still have anxiety about AD injuring himself 😂🤣
He travelled @ 00:29 nice call 😂😂😂
That one on Steph was nasty he just clapped and said he got me
Absolutely beautiful basketball
he is mini ginobili
Curry: exists
Reaves: and i took that personally
beautiful!
He's like a Jerry West 4.0 a Wolf eating dawgs
the most swaggy accountant in NBA
As a Rockets fan, was hoping we would sign him. Saw flashes of brilliance and sneaky upside potential, but good for him that the purple and gold were able to resign him w/o having to give him a max. Enjoy watching him.
Uptempo ! Fast dude !
A STONE KILLER ON THE COURT WITHOUT ANY SMILES 🎉🎉🎉
To see his teammates on the bench freaking out, cheering his moves, his shots, his ballhandliing skills is a joy to see!
How does nobody else get this??? He's so entertaining, *he's got his own bench cheering him like teenagers!!* To inject this much fun into the game.... *"Wow."*
Crazy❤
So fun. I love it. Just in it 100% all the time. No pause. All go. He's like the Lars Andersen of basketball. Just make it happen.
