I would definitely pull all the tree shavings up and use it for landscaping or fire fuel. It will continue to degrade and collapse leaving a soft spot. NOT GOOD FOUNDATION MATERIAL!!
Yeah we plan to use for mulch and we used some for fire to smoke the wasps out of their nests lol

Those things are awesome! The guy that lives across the street from my parents does that for a living. Has a bobcat with an attachment on the front. He makes so much he has a very large shop full of cool cars, everything from a new BMW to old restored muscle cars. He cleared a giant tree stump in my parents yard just cause he was bored and wouldn't take payment. This thing was big enough that I couldn't even get my arms half way around it. They later had him clear a ton of trees in their backyard that they paid for. He literally just ground trees in half and just turned everything including stump and whole trees into mulch. Took him a couple days but it was several full grown pecan trees that were dying and taking up space.
That’s awesome and I find this stuff interesting and we are gonna be using a lot of this cut up tree as mulch as well. It’s already there so might as well use it for our flower garden area. I’m thankful they did it for a decent price because some people are a little pricey.
