Migraines are the absolute WORST, I’ve had that problem since I was a kid, very frustrating game of cat and mouse. I’m happy that you’re able to push through and get a run like that done! (Looks like a spot with a great bacon egg and cheese too)

It is frustrating with injuries, can’t wait for get out running again. Coming back from shinsplits and heel spare my self and now fever .
But keep on grinding and make this amazing videos always fun to follow you on the journey 😃
