MIXING NOTES: Maybe the bourbon could be changed, but the ryes are the foundation of this one. Try to use the Liber ginger syrup as it has a lasting linger.

1 Knob Creek 9YO bourbon (KY 100 proof)
1 Rittenhouse rye (Kentucky 100 proof)
1 Old Overholt 4YO Straight rye (KY 86 proof)
¾ white organic grapefruit juice
¾ fresh lemon juice
½ vanilla syrup
5/8 Liber spicy ginger syrup
1/8 fresh Persian lime juice
¼ handcrafted grenadine
3dsh Angostura bitters
6drps Pernod (France 80 proof)
Whip with 3 clear cubes, strain into ice filled hurricane glass, mint sprig, straw
