Delivered by two of our tutors this is how to deliver the ideal induction for the level 2 gym instructor practical assessment.
This can be quite a nerve racking part of the course. There are a lot of variables you need to get right, watch this video and try to remember what you can and you will ace the practical assessment!
Pay careful attention to:
- The queues used with the client
- The way the session is started and wrapped up
- The way all the movements are demonstrated
- Regularly checking the client is ok and increasing intensity/adjusting exercises where required
- Ensuring the client is performing exercises safely and correctly
