    Interesting Video. TATA & MAHINDRA should ashamed of their Dealership & After Sales network. We as Indians urge to buy Indian Auto Brands, but due to the unprofessional behaviour customers are suffering.

      I think with time his requirements grew.
      By the time he was waiting for brezza, he came to know about ADAS and other features himself and he chose Kia seltos himself for those feature after watching youtube videos like he himself said.
      Kia didn't do any thing to lure him into buying their vehicle

    My friends 2 month old mg vehicle was completely damaged in recent floods in nagpur
    For inspection they asked for 50000 while the kia people asked only 5000
    The MG is not a good company for after sales

    Kya majedaar review. Aisa har family ke saath, interest keeps changing when we see cars. But Mahindra and Maruti sales guys have a lot to learn from Kia and Hyundai guys . Kia is best in service. Even to me they gave test rides of each different cars 1.4 Turbo, 1.5iVt and 1.5 diesel. Best experience with Kia

    I also had bad experience with Tata. They don't have BS6 P2 available for test drive and also not much interested in giving test drive. Cancelled Punch and bought Exter.

    Similar thing happened with me. I asked for Test drive of Sonet Petrol Automatic. We test drove the vehicle. When I opened the bonnet, it was diesel engine. Executive was adamant that he started with a petrol car. Finally I opened the fuel tank lid which showed diesel... That was the end of Kia for me.

      the only reason i moved away from buying kia is the bad safety. But maybe its just me. Can't think of buying a 20L car that will be more unsafe than a 7 lakh car. I don't care about features - safety is way more important.

      Seltos is based on same platform as new Verna which recently got 5 stars, this new seltos will also atleast get 4 stars in GNCAP. Update your knowledge.

      Crash Test important to those buyers who after taking delivery of the car, test by hitting a "wall or pillar" whether that car is really "Five Star Crash Test Rated OR not".

      yes safety is a concern for KIA cars but life is not very important. Important are features like Sunroof as in India there is no dust or pollution, music system, big touch screen.....life ka kya hai phir aa jani hai

      'A' TATA car is much better & not 'a' challenge as such because it supports safety and security due to its build quality.
      Always 'a' huge room for improvement possible in all products but its subjective.
      Atleast TATA Nexon much better with 5* rather than Pia Peltos with just touching 3* that too in 18-20 lakhs.

    Aise dealers ke contracts turant khatam kar dena chahiye.
    Paise hum se kama raha h na ki dealership se.
    Ek Tender nikalo ki dealership deni h 50 log khade ho jaenge lene ke liye.
    Desh mein kami nahi h crorepati ki joh franchise dealership lena chahte h.
    Fir bhi pata nahi Tata aur Mahindra ko kya lagav h in Gunde dealerships se?
    Latest example h ki mere teen dost dealership lena chahte the Tata ki aur joh required possession ki value thi usse double price dene ko ready the par dealership mili pehle se h joh dealer tha uske rishtedar ka paas woh bhi original price pe.
    Bechare shehar ke bahara dealership khol ke kaam chala rahe h.

    We have managed XUV 300 boot space with custom made soft bags and bought trolleys from amazon. also there is space on both sides of stepney for two small soft bags

      They are such heavy bodied cars that with the petrol 1.5 litre petrol will not be successful as it will not be able to drag the car and 2.0 litre will give an average of not beyond 6-7 kmpl

    Sir same thing happened to me I bought Bolero Neo one month back.
    Next day they called me and said your corporate discount is cancelled please pay that discounted amount then we will provide you the invoice. And when I visited the show room to ask why my corporate discount cancelled one of their senior manager behave very rudely to me his tone was very bad at that time.I paid that discounted amount and took my invoice. Then I emailed their GM and all the higher management about his bahaivour and how rudely he treated us. Then I got call from their GM and other higher officials. But this one small incident spoiled my whole buying experience.

      This is the reason why Hyundai & Kia dominate the Indian market and why Mahindra will never do it. Tata has improved though over the years.

      this is how they work sadly, i bought a tata nexon and they overcharged me and asked me to pay for frieght. later my friend told me it is not required, so i asked them to revert the payment but they didnt. so i had to email Tata Customer Service and they had to revert the 11k they charged extra

    safety is must. as per indian road and types of drivers, safety 5 star should be priority first. sunroof, light, music this should be secondary. anyway its your choice. congratulations

    I had the same experience with xu300. They did not give test drive even after multiple reminders. I gave up and now a proud owner of taigun. I went to Bangalore bg road branch

    Hamare sath bhi aisa hua tha with Mahindra. My friend was interest in xuv 300. He and I went for a test drive. The sales guy told us, look at your friend, look at his face, he doesn’t seem very interested. I can tell he won’t buy it. What’s the use of explaining the features. We said ok and walked out 😂😂

    title is weird. as someone who has been in a car accident before and was saved thankfully, safety is of utmost importance. remember this is a car, and it'll run on 50-60+ km/h. it takes little to cause a massive accident.
    Safety (LIFE) > Features.
    I do agree that M&M/Tata dealers have worse customer care. I was received very well in Skoda, Kia, Hyundai, maruti (arena/nexa), but M&M was not upto the mark, the sales people did not look interested at all.
    But at the end, you don't need to visit the dealer after you get the car. As long as the service center is fine (Kia/Hyundai Service is not much better than M&M/Tata in my city, but it may vary from place to place. the best service i have ever seen is only maruti, even if it makes tin cars).

      I own seltos diesel from 2019, average 20 plus easily, reliability no issue, maintenance cost 6000 per 10000 moral of the story seltos is best
