Before you begin sewing horizontal or vertical seams, you will join all the grid panels together according to the pattern layout. The panels go together easily by trimming away the excess grid along the edge of one panel and using the remaining fusible interfacing along the edge of the adjoining panel (you'll have 1/4" - 1/2" of the panel remaining to work with) to fuse two panels together. Align the grid marks on each panel as you fuse with your iron. We will demonstrate this process in a future tutorial.
