I always commend Nikhil for putting the prices in perspective of average income, because as an american i'm like "wow, thats such a deal!!" when in reality, for many, it isn't.
yeah I was like 4.36 for a whole meal that's good, but in reality thats more than 2 whole days of work for alot of people
I really appreciated him relaying that clearly and easy to understand. It's a huge reminder to be grateful for what you have and have compassion for others...You never know what lives they're living...

I get you - but this is Buzzfeed USA. This should be done by Buzzfeed India, or Japan. The whole idea should go to each regional Buzzfeed office, each of them hosting and comparing against other places. Don’t think it makes much sense for Buzzfeed US to host this.

A thing I have noticed in this Indian vs Americans series is the difference in portion sizes, as in America has bigger portions sometimes even double our portion. Just curious, do those huge portions do well over there? That seems like a lot of food.

I work as a freelance bus driver driving all over Europe. Germany is my absolute favourite place to drive. Due to good education and the high speed there are very few drivers sleeping behind the wheel.
Traffic flows like nowhere else.
Until you end up in Stau. Traffic jam. A proper Stau can be gone in five minutes or in two hours.
But when in stau all drivers leaves an emergency lane in the middle of the road. And nobody breaks the emergency lane.
