I am a fan of Metallica music, but the fact that they did this put them at a whole different level than other metal bands. Already legends, but became Supreme Legends after this concert!

The most beautiful part of this to my ears is the first few seconds after James comes in on guitar. The guitar intro starts with B minor, then goes to G major... very common progression. But while James is technically in B minor, the orchestra comes in in the key of B major, briefly switches to minor and then flows into G major. It's unexpected in this song, but this is possibly one of the most emotional chord progressions in music overall. It has a marvelous effect here.
