    I tape tear away to the hoop so it’s easier when hooping. I also float a piece if its a detailed beanie.

    With the beanies you need the support on the cutaway stabilizer.

    What button did u hit for the design set? Should it just be upside down? Or also backwards?

      No it shouldn't be backwards. Whether or not you put it upside down depends on if your beanie has a cuff on it, how you hooped it, etc.

    Could you float the cap , instead of hopping it?

      I'm sure you could! If I were doing this on my PE800 I'd float it, but the hoop is flatter and I'd have to hold the sides away the whole time.
