Hmmm..Gti runs consistently in 14 sec 100-200kmh and 0-200kmh in just over 20 sec. 0-100kmh is 5.9 sec. Interesting. What spec GTi do you have? The most sportier is the base model S here in USA with DSG . It is almost 200 lbs lighter than the top trim Autobahn. Base model also comes with lightweight 18 inch wheels and tires. Maybe that is why there is that much difference in your data.
Does anybody have the experience, how much stiffer is the susspension of Golf GTI Clubsport over the standard GTI? Is it still OK from comfort of riding perspective for every day driving? Thanks
just get the DCC option. It will be a bit stiffer I assume
What is the MPG (miles per gallon or kilometers) for each of them?
Puh, I don’t have the figures in mpg but they are very similar amongst all of the if you drive them normally/equally.
Hi Automann, is the club sport a harder ride in comfort over the standard gti in comfort? Or are they the same in comfort??
gefühlt hör ich 80x lets say
Comparing the golf 8r full for 55k to the a class 200d nearly full also costs 55k an only has 150 hp. I thing that 55k is more than correct for the golf 8r👍🥰
So true 👌
What about a GTI with a remap vs GTI Clubsport?
Can't you do a run in the Golf R in just rear wheel drive ??
Wow! The R costs 51k Euros, compared to (I think) low $40k here in the US.
R does sell for 40k here.
The 300hp GTI looks bad ass..
Prolly won’t get here tho..
I’ll keep my Veloster N 😎
@@geraldgoodiii6993 I looked at the Veloster N, but that low-rent interior was a big turn-off for me. Glad you're happy with it.
Thanks for the video. How much is these differ in price compared to the mustang GT. In Sweden the R costs the same more or less.
In my opinion the GT is a better proposition. Mine did 100-200 in 9.1s :) if acceleration numbers are important
List Price is probably similar with Golf R and Mustang GT but TCO (total cost of ownership) is a different story with the GT in Germany. Leasing rates here aren’t very attractive. But I am looking forward to test the „Mach 1“ this summer😎
@@Automann-TV ahh ok!
I had the ink on the paper more or less for a Mach 1 but pulled out....
Thinking of switching from my GTI P 7.5 to a Golf8 R or a Tesla Model 3 ( 460hp, AWD ) 🤔
Thinking of switching from Citroën 2CV( 9hp) to 4x Bugatti Chiron (5908hp, sixteenWD)🤔
@@monsieurlaverite1412 would keep the Citroën, nearly same performance and a lot cheaper. Thank me later 👍🏻
Hello...?? Who cares???!!!🤷🏼♂️
@@latem1400 😂👍🏻
In my dream: GTI CS wirh manuell transmission
I *LOVE* GTI's! I've owned 3! BUT, goddamit, I wish VW would improve reliability, considering these cars are NOT cheap!

What
they all sound about as good as those gloves look.
Quite a bit of boost pressure for stock 2.0 turbo cars.
The number shown in the display is absolute pressure, that means it includes the atmospheric pressure. You can ruffly subtract 1bar to get the actual boost.
@@Chris675R oh ok. 1.3/1.5 bar is perfectly normal then.
how is the gti fuel consumption?
