The bad - issues with our brand-new Grand Design fifth wheel travel trailer. The ugly - nothing ugly - it just made for a good title. We got to travel to this area several years ago & can’t wait to go back! Can’t believe Dave was driving Needles Highway with his fear of heights... Next visit to SD, visit Custer State park. The Buffalo Roundup is awesome. 1500 Bison being driven over the hills at one time is a terrific site to see. Crazy horse next to Mt. Rushmore is another terrific tourist monument in-the-works to see.

I watch all the South Dakota/Black Hills videos i can. a lot of them are really good. and some are really bad. i really liked your video. you shot some really good film, spearfish canyon, that small town, Rochford, 25 people. yall seem so relaxed, happy, minus the slide problem, but the creeks, the beauty of the Black Hills is just incredible. i hope to retire out there one day, thank you for that. will be looking for more.

I want to see the Black Hills in Autumn, sometime before I die of old age. Driving out of Spearfish on Spearfish Canyon Scenic Highway is my favorite stretch of road to go. The beauty just blows me away.

Nice video, we love the Blackhills. Headed out again this summer with kids and grandkids. Staying outside Hill City at Rafter J Bar gonna check out you camp in Spearfish next trip, Spearfish Canyon is beautiful. Overall how do you like you Grand Design 150, thinking about one for our next rig.

Like all the COOL tee shirts you wear. lol I'm a tee shirt guy myself. SD is one of our favorite states also. We travel a lot with the toy hauler and KTM motorcycles. What kind of bike do you guy's have?
We don’t have bikes right now. We would have trouble transporting them.

So far I have not found a walmart willing to let me stay in the parking lot. So this one is still allowing it? Or did you check? Maybe I should just stay and quit asking ahead of time. lol
Hi Jim. We always ask ahead of time. We recently stayed at one where when asked we were told by the person answering the phones that we can stay there and to just ignore the signs. Security thought otherwise. They were very nice about it when we told them about the call.

Sooooo Rving is very new to us now, but camping in our younger days was very common place. 45 yrs retired carpenter, it absolutely disgusts me the quality or better said lack there of, in the Rv industry. Maybe see you guys on the road someday, take care.
Hi guys, it was great to meet you as we were leaving Mr. Rushmore. Your video is superb, so enjoyable and positive. The Friday before, I preformed the wedding for my grandson, Rowdy and his new wife McKenzie at Sylvan Lake. It was a perfect night at one of the most beautiful places in the country. You spend a lot of time at RV shops because you own a Grand Design….so sorry it brings you so much trouble.
