Please, y'all, understand that Megamind used Metroman's DNA to create the villain (Titan); and that Metroman fooled Megamind into thinking that his weakness was copper. Thus, Megamind was thinking that the copper globular object would be Titan's undoing also. I actually have this movie in my laptop and watch it pretty often just because it's freakin' HILARIOUS to me.

This is such a great movie that doesn't get enough recognition. Despite being a great movie it flopped because it came out around the same time as Despicable Me.
Just saw the Homies see Despicable Me just a few days ago. They laughed, they cried, they made fun of each other and themselves. All that there was a surprise cuz usually Moon Sugar is making fun of Ellie for being the one that sets her pants. And, they even laughed and cried at the same damn time. Also a surprise.
Apparently they're making a TV show, and Megamind will be an "influencer" lol. I'm hoping for a Last Man Standing type episode closer thing rather than something cringe.

So many details in that movie for an example everytime Megamind use his device to change into someone else, his eyes keeps the same green color. That's how you know if it's him or not even as metroman, it also happens when Minion uses it.

I think it's pretty cool that Metro/Music Man is just terrible at music. That's why he gave up everything for it. It's an extraordinary talent he actually needs to practice on instead of just being born with it.

Love this film. Kids love Despicable Me, but IMO this is more adult-friendly of the two.

Such a great movie. Little things in this movie that many people miss. Roxanne dress colors is one as they change throughout as she falls more in love with megamind until she is in his color blue at the end.

Not sure if it has been said because I didn't read everything, but his purpose wasn't Roxanne. His purpose was to use his intelligence for good. His *reason* was Roxanne, yeah. Which isn't the best, but she was the first person to be kind to him since the convicts in the prison when he was a kid, so you can kind of see why. Or at least, I can. Even if I do think she forgave him way too fast for lying.
Billy saying they have a connection and then rolling his eyes when they get together makes me wonder if he forgets things as they happen
It did feel kinda forced at the end, though. They don't literally definitely get together, but the narrative framing suggests they do, going against the theme of "heroics don't earn women, being a decent person does". I say that as someone who ships them relentlessly
