  • The clip that took the most time to get was the HnK one. I had to learn, for the first time, how the infinite/dribble system works and then get good and do the combo.
    Lots of fun playing Killer Instinct and I definitely want to return to Rise of the Robots 2.
    Music is from the arcade game 'GP Rider'.

    You almost had me at Primal Rage. It's the one game that just doesn't have any way to beat the infinite protection but still allows for up to 97% combos just because the devs tested every possibility. There's even an extensive in-game naming system for the various types and amounts of combos.

    • @BombermanGold
      @BombermanGold 9 месяцев назад +46

      Yeah, the "No Cheese" feature was both a curse and a blessing, but still shows that darn game has no true infinite combos. The devs at the time really did care about Primal Rage.

    • @BombermanGold
      @BombermanGold 9 месяцев назад +7

      @@MusicoftheDamned , nah, Diablo actually sucked.
      For the true overpowered of the small cast, it was the apes, with Blizzard killing everyone due to easy, long-reach, semi-looping combos (before the anti-cheese kicked in) that he ould easily end and obliterate half the opponent's health, on top of having the best anti-air in the game that was SUPER SAFE to use.
      Out of the two T-Rex gods, Sauron was way better, due to being bigger (more range) and his specials being WAY better than Diablo's.
      Even with the infinite prevention system way back in 1994 (!!), some characters could still do some beefy combos under the right circumstance and starting hit.

      I'm not 100% sure but there seemed to be an easy infinite with those controls where you only have to press 1 button to do a special attack. @Bulleta_Gaming The Guile invisible throw is done by doing the sonic boom motion but with roundhouse and fierce. Your opponent doesn't even need to be next to you to do it. Capcom fixed all the Guile glitches by the next update, so only the original arcade releases had them.
      Back then, if a person playing Guile wanted to be a dick and not lose, they would kill you with that move. If they really wanted to be a bigger dick, they would do the Guile pose or handcuff glitches to force a full reset of the arcade machine.

    3:05 FYI, any combo involving Sho's knee (B+C) is not a true unescapable infinite combo. Breakers has a mechanic where you can cut off the last few frames of hitstun with a special or super move to recover faster, and prevent combos like this from being possible. In this case, Condor can literally just mash A+B+C or B+C+D to do his "TOMAHOO" attack and hit Sho out of the knee.

Some juggles pulled like that are hilarious and foreshadowing infamous Tekken 4 wall glitch infinite juggles 😎👍

    Once in a while, it's nice to see infinite combos in fighting games. And the ones that I've seen in this video are quite surprising. One of the games that shown an infinite combo was the one that I've just played at the arcade for the first time today-Angel Eyes. It's a fun fighting game from the underground. Another game that I have played today that should have had infinite combos shown on this here video is Rabbit. Some of these games are obvious to have infinite combos, and other games in this video are ones you'd never expect to have them. With combos like these, they're fun for the players, but not for the opponents.😊

    the cinder KI one was the first infinite i ever did, on the 3D stages it will zoom the camera out so far that the stage disappears eventually
    I think there's a game revision that removes it

    Stuff missing:
    - First version of SF2 with either Ken/Ryu do a super deep jump in roundhouse kick hitting opponent in back of head. Before hitting ground buffer in heavy uppercut to cause a dizzy. Repeat to re-dizzy.
    - KOF95 Chin has a corner juggle combo loop by just doing heavy Kaiten Teki Kuu Tokken.
    - Samurai Showdown 2 Caffeine Nicotine has this crazy regrab loop you can't escape from by doing 2 moves repeatedly.

    The War of the Gems infinite is really cool, i remember trying it as a child with Spider-man because he can do it faster, also there's a character specific infinite hitting 2 Hulk's Jumping Attack each jump on Sasquatch because of his tall hurtbox.

    Wow. I'm surprised to not only see _Toshiden_ in your videos but as the starter for one about infinites. Didn't know about Ellis had it in her. Also lol at the reminder that _Primal Rage_ of all things had an anti-infinite feature and maybe even the first instance of one.
    I'm surprised to recognize all but two of these games even if I haven't played all of them. I've never heard of _Oedo Fight_ or _Angel Eyes_ and geez the constant screen flashes on the latter seem miserable to look even for a little bit.

      I didn't recognize the name Oedo Fight, but I've come across the game under it's American name of Blood Warrior during my random journeys through MAME. One of those great jank gems from Kaneko, those purveyors of great jank gems.
