yes, when you watch enough narc videos, there comes a point when you cant stop wanting to throw up - then switch to developing your empath skills. Thats where the real healing starts. Search empath skills instead of narc on RUclips. Took me 3 yrs before I learned everything I needed to know about narcs - but, there is new info that comes out all the time as it is seriously being studied by neuroscientists. Thats where the really interesting info is. Its all about studying the brain and how their brains never developed correctly and why.
My daughter is in the worst way. She is 32 years old and WONT LISTEN TO ANYONE . It’s so heartbreaking to watch.. I’ve tried to help her but she turns on me instead of him. So. I remember me busting my butt trying to make this woman happy. I always knew something was going on. The day she told me that she was seeing someone else, I said ok, moved to the other side of town and started my life over. She called me and said "you moved?.... Um...... yeah. My narc left my as soon as things got good.i got her a job her 1st one.then I got the best paying gig I ever had. We would of made atleast 8 grand a month together comming from less than 200$ combined. Before our first paychecks hit. She left. I'm there RIGHT NOW! I spent several days of no contact with my narc. Then I gave in and resumed contact and was dealt a hard blow recently. I feel physically and mentally drained and I can't even explain WHY after feeling so PEACEFUL during that time of no contact that I went back. I'm so angry with myself and I don't know what to do.

Yes this is the ver y sad part. I was married to the worst for 33 yrs. And from the very beginning, I tried to save a person that could never be saved. All narcs become addicts, alcohol and drugs. If you try to leave, they will try to kill you. They become obsessed with killing as they take the steps of threatening and harassing higher. Enlightened empaths, we saw what was coming with him for many years. There is no greater evil than an old, aging, addict, narc. They have nothing left and dont know who they are. Their brains are grey matter and they function on raw gut emotions only. Its the easiest way to identify a narc actually - they are ruled by emotion, not logic. You expressed this perfectly. I even dropped from 187 lbs down to 152 from stress, depression, and anxiety weight loss. Could barely eat. As more and more came out of the complete fraud the last 4 years of my life I had been, it took a huge mental and physical toll, that 4 months later I am finally beginning to recover from.

My love is unconditional. So much so, that I ignored my intuition. I'm an empath and innate intuitive... I didn't even know what a narcissist was until I chose to love one unconditionally. Learning to love from a distance has been the best decision I could've made... He still stalks me. Every year he finds me... I do not fear him anymore, but I know he's obsessed.

Im going to share a lesson with you. I was married to Satan for 33 yrs and didnt know it. I thought he was violent and mean because of his drinking. HE was DR Jekyll and Mr Hyde. I wasnt in a divorce. He ran off on drugs and stole 3 million in assets. I fought for 700 days in court until the judges fired my attorneys and made me run, with nothing. He was going to kill me if I didnt give him everything, so I had to. My sister was there to help me when he had me falsely locked up in jail while he stole it all with his new supply, a 4 time divorced psychiatrist on drugs too. I had no idea what the hell was going on, but he threatened to kill my sister as well and it was so bad, everything that he did to me, my ailing mother committed suicide during the divorce and wrote a suicide not to my x. I had to block everyone I had ever known in 50 yrs. He was threatening to kill anyone who helped me and spreading nothing but lies, accusing me of an affair when he had run off for 4 months, on drugs. But heres the kicker. I have one sister on the west coast who I havent spoken to in 25 yrs because she is a bloody narc from hell. A very disgusting unkind person. My other sister 8 hrs north of me, I always thought she was an empath but I was never sure. Both of my parents were empaths, and both sets of my grandparents as well. I came from an exceptionally loving over the top caring and supportive family. But there was always something wrong with my younger sisters. They were always jealous, never shared, always in competition. I went away to private school at age 15 and had a very independent life, then I went into the merchant marines. I saw them struggle thru college and they never knew what they wanted to be. They relied on men for that. I have always suspected that my sister and my x had an affair. Neither would ever confess to it or attempt to explain why I felt this way, or care. I was crazy. Imagining things. My sister said she loved him like a brother. After the divorce was over a year ago, other people called me to tell me things. It was true. They had an affair in 2004, 2006, and 2017. It was on going. I started recalling my sisters words and actions - and she is without a doubt a lying narc who set out to steal my x in her own low self esteem. I didnt just lose my whole life. I lost everyone. That is the real damage they can do to you. They are triangulating you your entire life, not to mention all the other affairs and a 22 yr old son he denies. You dont even want to know in the end. Trust no one that is even talking to him. They are conspiring with him.

That's exactly what the ex did. Asked me to move away with him and our daughter...turns out he had been dumped by his two supplies. lol He had no one left at the time. As soon as his (new) old supply returned to him, he was done with me and started a horrible devalue. I walked away. Done. He is now ignoring my daughter, I've noticed. He'll do anything to hurt me. Including hurting his own child.

My ex narc got people thinking something is wrong with me. I overheard a dude he hangs around say, "A man move on that fast something is wrong". I ignored him and kept going about my business. It hurt me and made me even more depressed. I wish I could just move away from all of this small town. I don't even go anywhere anymore because I feel safe at home. People are so mean and it seems like nobody understands and I'm going through this by myself.
In the beginning of us not being together, I used to look at his page and see him and his new supply. I would see them whenever I closed my eyes. Then I started learning more about narcs and realized that the fact I figured him out, I was no longer useful. I had to realized that nothing between us was real, he had a mask on the entire time. He even said to my face that "I took your kindness for weakness" after I told him he had patterns of bad behavior whenever he didn't get his way he would belittle me. I told him about himself. And thought we were good but he had a supply on the bench waiting and he through her in my face within 2 weeks and ghosted me. Crazy times. I am so greatful for you and other channels that give game on these types if people. They are really disturbed
OMG you’re are totally right. I saw a picture on Instagram with his new supply. Now I know he posted the picture on purpose. I was obsessing about it. Up until today I was praying about divorcing him after 23 years of torture. He’s indifference is not just towards me is also towards our children. I was hoping he would consider leaving his new supply in order to keep together our family. But like you said he discarded the whole family. He’s not acknowledging his getting back together with his new supply with our kids. God is giving me a clear sign to move on with the divorce. I’m still recovering from breast cancer. I told the narcissist she was the fakest person I’d ever met. She said “yes, I’m fake and I love it”. But only said it to me, and would never admit it to anyone else.
Yes! I thank GOD everyday for giving me the strength & courage to end my relationship with my then bf (narcisist). And almost everyday for months til that very day, I prayed to GOD to save me from that monster! I asked GOD to help me survive the situation specially during the verbal & physical abuse, give me strength, and courage to leave him! Since then, I never really looked back. I immediately got focused and started rebuilding myself again. I'm still recovering from it; but I could be worst.

If you pay attention, the narcissist actually pretends to be you. They repeat your words, use your mannerisms, etc. They are completely empty. This is the biggest reason to say less to them. They will wilt without someone to mimic.
This is just about exactly how it went down. I was chuckling at the irony throughout this video, the narc trying to hide and manipulate from insecurity, and the empath unknowingly trying to be there for the narc from the authentic pureness from within. I am so thankful to be out of that nightmare.

That’s how it was with my ex narc and my “best friend”. She acted like she hated him. I found out about them when I was keeping her 2 year old👨🏾🦲one day ,and ex narc pops up at my 🏠(after 3 months silent treatment) and the baby knew him. I had only kept the baby 2 times and the narc was never around when I kept the 👶 So🤔I asked him and her how did the 👶 know him and they both gave me the same exact answer word for word😡

My love is unconditional. So much so, that I ignored my intuition. I'm an empath and innate intuitive... I didn't even know what a narcissist was until I chose to love one unconditionally. Im going to share a lesson with you. I was married to Satan for 33 yrs and didnt know it. I thought he was violent and mean because of his drinking. HE was DR Jekyll and Mr Hyde. I wasnt in a divorce. He ran off on drugs and stole 3 million in assets. I fought for 700 days in court until the judges fired my attorneys and made me run, with nothing. He was going to kill me if I didnt give him everything, so I had to.
My sister was there to help me when he had me falsely locked up in jail while he stole it all with his new supply, a 4 time divorced psychiatrist on drugs too. I had no idea what the hell was going on, but he threatened to kill my sister as well and it was so bad, everything that he did to me, my ailing mother committed suicide during the divorce and wrote a suicide not to my x.
I had to block everyone I had ever known in 50 yrs. He was threatening to kill anyone who helped me and spreading nothing but lies, accusing me of an affair when he had run off for 4 months, on drugs.
But heres the kicker. I have one sister on the west coast who I havent spoken to in 25 yrs because she is a bloody narc from hell. A very disgusting unkind person. My other sister 8 hrs north of me, I always thought she was an empath but I was never sure. Both of my parents were empaths, and both sets of my grandparents as well. I came from an exceptionally loving over the top caring and supportive family.
But there was always something wrong with my younger sisters. They were always jealous, never shared, always in competition. I went away to private school at age 15 and had a very independent life, then I went into the merchant marines. I saw them struggle thru college and they never knew what they wanted to be. They relied on men for that.
I have always suspected that my sister and my x had an affair. Neither would ever confess to it or attempt to explain why I felt this way, or care. I was crazy. Imagining things. My sister said she loved him like a brother.
After the divorce was over a year ago, other people called me to tell me things. It was true. They had an affair in 2004, 2006, and 2017. It was on going. I started recalling my sisters words and actions - and she is without a doubt a lying narc who set out to steal my x in her own low self esteem.
I didnt just lose my whole life. I lost everyone. That is the real damage they can do to you. They are triangulating you your entire life, not to mention all the other affairs and a 22 yr old son he denies. You dont even want to know in the end. Trust no one that is even talking to him. They are conspiring with him.

That's exactly what the ex did. Asked me to move away with him and our daughter...turns out he had been dumped by his two supplies. lol He had no one left at the time. As soon as his (new) old supply returned to him, he was done with me and started a horrible devalue. I walked away. Done. He is now ignoring my daughter, I've noticed. He'll do anything to hurt me. Including hurting his own child.

My ex narc got people thinking something is wrong with me. I overheard a dude he hangs around say, "A man move on that fast something is wrong". I ignored him and kept going about my business. It hurt me and made me even more depressed. I wish I could just move away from all of this small town. I don't even go anywhere anymore because I feel safe at home. People are so mean and it seems like nobody understands and I'm going through this by myself.

In the beginning of us not being together, I used to look at his page and see him and his new supply. I would see them whenever I closed my eyes. Then I started learning more about narcs and realized that the fact I figured him out, I was no longer useful. I had to realized that nothing between us was real, he had a mask on the entire time. He even said to my face that "I took your kindness for weakness" after I told him he had patterns of bad behavior whenever he didn't get his way he would belittle me. I told him about himself. And thought we were good but he had a supply on the bench waiting and he through her in my face within 2 weeks and ghosted me. Crazy times. I am so greatful for you and other channels that give game on these types if people. They are really disturbed

I was obsessing about it. Up until today I was praying about divorcing him after 23 years of torture. He’s indifference is not just towards me is also towards our children.
I was hoping he would consider leaving his new supply in order to keep together our family. But like you said he discarded the whole family. He’s not acknowledging his getting back together with his new supply with our kids. God is giving me a clear sign to move on with the divorce. I’m still recovering from breast cancer. Thank God I kicked him out of my house. Going zero contact. He knows I figured him out.

Yes! I thank GOD everyday for giving me the strength & courage to end my relationship with my then bf (narcisist). And almost everyday for months til that very day, I prayed to GOD to save me from that monster! I asked GOD to help me survive the situation specially during the verbal & physical abuse, give me strength, and courage to leave him! Since then, I never really looked back. I immediately got focused and started rebuilding myself again. I'm still recovering from it; but I could be worst.

If you pay attention, the narcissist actually pretends to be you. They repeat your words, use your mannerisms, etc. They are completely empty. This is the biggest reason to say less to them. They will wilt without someone to mimic.

I had a friend she had an overinflated view of herself, everyone was jealous of her. Little did I know she was secretly jealous of me. She has a great personality and fun to be around. But then I found out she was talking to people about me behind my back. I was hearing details of my life in a twisted way from others. Then I realized it was her telling people my business in her own twisted way. I stopped talking to her completely. Kick these people out your life. They have low self esteem, they are liars and can't be genuinely happy for you when you succeed. They are always in competition with you they will do anything to make themselves look good even if it means destroying someone else. Beware.
