Go with a 12 or 13 tooth clutch with about a 53-ish sprocket. North American clutch (horseman) you use to work with the springs and pads. Or go the cheaper way with an ole yard-kart clutch that'll almost take off without you on it 😅
This might be dumb question, but my son's gokart the engine sits in front of the so if it sits behind the axle doesn't mean the wheels turn the opposite way
Putting a motor behind or infront of a axle doesn't change the direction the motor moves, adding a sprocket attached to a sprocket will change the direction
