- This simple recipe of Banana Plantain muffin is absolutely amazingly delicious!!
Ingredients
1-2 over ripe plantains
2-3 over ripe bananas 🍌
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 stick melted butter (or 1/2 cup)
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs (or 1 cup apple sauce)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla essence
