My patrons voted on what animatic to do next and they wanted it to be Into the Unknown so yea I hope you'll look forward to that! :D
The animatics I do are and will mostly be genderswapped versions of Disney or musical songs because it's my way to show how boys can also feel love, sadness and vulnerability just as how some girls are portrayed in today's media. I just thought that there isn't much representation for boys with "soft/feminine" characteristics. Also, I really LOVE the couple dynamic where the roles are reversed (like a headstrong girl and a timid boy). I personally think that this couple dynamic is not represented or shown enough so I wanted to contribute to that! :D I actually have a story plot in mind that I want to share to you guys through an animatic so maybe I'll do that before into the unknown! :D

I feel like “kiss the girl” makes more sense in this version than the original. In the original they peer pressured Eric into trying to kiss Ariel despite him being very unsure of his feelings towards her but in this version it’s very obvious male Ariel like female Eric and it sounds like the song is mostly supportive

You don't see many depiction of shy, gentle, romantic men like this even though they definitely exist of all orientations. They are often made out to be creepy which is not fair. This is fantastic and oddly refreshing.

I screamed when I saw the thumbnail, this male Ariel is absolutely ADORABLE. I honestly could watch a whole movie of just that sweet little face, you draw him so well and his expressions are great!! Ariel is a very expressive character so you've done a great job recreating that! Also, female Eric is wonderful as well, I also really like that you kept Eric's wardrobe for her. This is stunning!!

Wow this was so cute and adorable! I saw your Frozen animatic a month or so ago and really thought it was beautiful and sweet. I like how you show how male characters can cry and be emotional too because stereotypical gender roles talk about how boys shouldn't cry or how they should always remain strong which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Females too are also viewed as too emotional which I feel is wrong since both genders should be able to show emotion and not be judged for it since we're all human. I can't wait to see more of these Disney animatics and, besides your amazing talent for drawing these animatics, you also have a really pretty voice(Referring to Part of your world song) ^.^

As a girl who knows that having both masculinity and femininity within ourselves it's normal and must be owned I wish more boys would appreciate the feminine as a normal and beautiful human side. This is absolutely beautiful. I love it. I love your animations and style so much. I don't know if you already have a voice for male Ariel, but if you don't I would love to volunteer. I like to consider myself a pretty decent voice actor (even though I've only done a voice over for a game that a friend made back in college lol). I can do both male and female roles, plus I can do animal impressions. So, essentially whether your looking for a high voice or a low voice I can do it. You don't have to obviously. My feelings won't be hurt, I've just always wanted to do a voice over and thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Again, love your art, please keep up with your amazing talent!! 😊❤
