I just found your channel today, i have exactly one month from today to pass before take over a friend's clients on her maternity leave. ....I already feel a sense of calm watching the videos. I watched the 'Appendix C' video first. Awesome sauce man! Thank you so much for putting this info out there. Because no matter how long I've been working out and teaching group fitness, this seems like an overwhelming amount of information.
Grateful for this. Signed up for NASM 2 months ago and work schedule has been crazy. Haven't really got down into studying sighing

This video has been a relief since I ordered the 7th edition book and about to get enrolled for the exam.
I’m halfway through the first video, and I’m excited to listen to the rest of the videos!! I’m going to start perusing (even though I’d started reading already 😅) today, and then do chapter by chapter study videos after that. Then I’m gonna follow the rest of what was outlined so far in the video. I’m planning on taking my test in December, so hopefully I have enough time to study!

I love the insight on study guide. Can you add chapters to the video. Its almost 30 mins before you dive into the study guide.

Do you get a textbook with your classes besides the study guide? Also is the National Exam included in your fee if not how much is that?
Yes, the textbook is provided. You have to purchase the exam voucher separately. Not sure of the pricing on the voucher, as it does change periodically. You can check their website...

We've heard some students say, "yes", however, we don't recommend it. They've added and removed enough information to make it a "toss-up". Stick with the 7th...
