  • Hey GUYS! Welcome to my channel! I wanted to give you guys some tricks and tips that helped me pass the NASM CPT 7th Edition exam on my very first try! If you want ONLY the tips I have SKIP TO 1:00- I mention the tools I used to study, what I wish I had done before, what material I suggest you understand, as well as some of the questions that showed up on my exam!

    Over active under active muscles is huge. I along with others have had about 10-15 questions in relation to that

    I have enrolled for the exam on April 25th .I made lot of notes , followed cheat sheets as well . Also I have been practicing NASM Edge questions as well , hope I will get it on first try

    Thank you for making this video and sharing your resources. I've been really bogging down in Section 3; did you get any questions on the exam that asked you to name specific muscles, like gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius instead of just glutes?

      Of course 💓 I hope it helps in some way! But no I did not get any questions having to name any muscles! If anything just make sure you know the muscles that are over/under active when someone has incorrect posture or when assessing them using the OHS assessment 😃
