a lot of good pitchers which we need we need more closers but here is an idea for every position if they need it. 1st base: lucas duda 2nd basemen: brian dozier catcher: (don’t need one but) johnathon lucroy 3rd base: eduardo escobar. ss: manny machado, jose iglesias or jordy mercer LF: michael brantley CF: leonys martin. RF: carlos gonzalez or bryce harper. DH: (not much to choose from) nelson cruz pitcher: klayton kershaw or david price relief pitchers WE NEED jeurys familia or craig kimbrel

Nice come back but the steal of 2nd was a bad play.
In my eyes, if it is stupid but it works, then it is not stupid.
Davis is slow to the plate. Bader is fast and got a good jump. Easy stolen base.
Bad play? It takes away the double play with a slow runner at the plate. You don’t know much about strategy do you? So let’s say bader doesn’t steal. Jose then hits a ground ball to short, bader is fast but not fast enough, they turn 2 we lose and split with Colorado instead of taking 3/4. Then people would be wondering why he didn’t steal second 🤦🏻♂️
From 4:23 to 5:55, just one pitch was thrown, in 92 seconds. This is why baseball was horrible, for YEARS.
From 4:23 to 8:48, there were six pitches to end the game, over the last 265 seconds. HORRIBLE. This is 44 seconds per pitch.
