    I get all my wheels from AliExpress! .50¢-$1.00 a piece beats paying $5-$7 a piece for them in the USA! And they get here faster from Indonesia than from the companies inside my own damn country!

      Hey, how's it going! Wow, that's SUCH a great price. You know what, I was actually thinking that a really nice idea would be to buy some custom wheels just like the ones you're taking about and hanging them up inside these displays on the walls for some extra custom coolness. Would look great if you did the same wheels swapped on some lambos. Thanks for stopping by the video and I hope you've been out and about picking up new pieces for your collection 🚗💨

      Hey man! How's it going? Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an awesome and kind comment. Do you have many dioramas for your collection? I have 3 videos for displays now. If you liked this one you'll enjoy watching me build other products too. Found my first super treasure hunt for 2024 yesterday. Have you been out hunting for hot wheels this week? Thanks again mate for the great support. Appreciate you brother 🚗💨

    Awesome setup and display, I wonder if they have a Nissan dealership? I have 3 dioramas right now, 1 from American Diorama which is a gulf garage and it was so so, walls kinda warped and stuff not matching up right, I did get it kinda sorted out. My other 2 are G-Fans a Japanese parking lot and a Jdm garage and both of those were amazing compared to the other. I love these diorama videos you do and gonna go look for a Nissan one.

      Hey man, how's it going? Really appreciate the kind words of support. Means a lot to me. For sure! Yes, make sure to have a good dig around on AliExpress as I've noticed a newer release for a Nissan Showroom by MoreArt that looks really fun. Thanks for highlighting American Diorama. I'll be sure to look more into what they're up to. Having a lot of fun putting these displays together for sure! Might have to take the drag loop down to make more room for my collection. It's getting very busy in the studio these days lol. Hope all is well and great with you my dude. Looking forward to opening loads of new cars for my collection in my next upload 🚗💨

      @customcollects I'm doing good, how have you been? Don't get me wrong American Diorama does great 1/64 mini figs but I would be hesitant to buy a diorama from them again. I just downloaded the app and gonna have a look around and see what I can find. I can't wait to see what you got in store for unboxing, stay safe and good luck on the hunt always a pleasure sir👍🙏

      You picked a great time to get the app. AliExpress has these "choice" events. Which means you can view a curated selection of products that are a part of the event. These products are somewhat discounted and if you're smart about what you buy you can definitely get a great deal. AliExpress prices are wild and what you pay one day will vary to the next. I think that £20 - 30 for any display is fair. The free shipping is crazy good but I understand that it's built into the price (from their perspective). I hope I managed to hide it well in the video but in all honesty. The reason that this one didn't go up a couple of days sooner was because my kids infected me with a top tier cold / flu which wiped me out for a good few days lol. I'm not one to cry about an illness and I'll happily soldier on. Hasn't stopped me filming and editing in my spare time and also going out hunting too. I've had to really hold myself back from opening cars so it'll be a great release to get things open on camera and make a cool video about my finds! See you there 👍 take it easy brother

    I’ll always be grateful for you recommending them! My garage diorama collection only continues to grow. 😂 Next up: Mercedes. I’ll have to consider this Lambo one next time around. Looks fantastic!

      Oh man you won't believe what I opened on camera yesterday! I ordered some hot wheels online and I noticed one was an error. Still cracked it open along with soooo many others! I had a really great time making this video and I hope that it will even just help out one other collector to inspire them to open more hot wheels too. AliExpress has so much interesting and beneficial Diecast model car related goodness to keep real collectors like us entertained for eternity. How are you? Have you been out hunting recently? Any great purchases to report? Appreciate your kind words always 🙏 wish you a great day too mate

      @@GUdoubleN hello mate. If you follow the link for the display from this video and decide to purchase the Lamborghini display from AliExpress which looks like the one I built, then you will be sent one and it'll have lambo branding on it. Hope this helps and hope you enjoyed the video please drop me a thumbs up if you found it useful. Thanks man

    This is really nice, I only wish I had the space for something like this...The Lamborghini dealership is really nice, you're right about the floor, but personally I think I'd go for a Family Mart convenience store, I used to eat lunch and car-spot at one all the time when I lived in Japan. I really like that you put it together on camera, it was fun to watch.
    I'd love to see you do some other diorama brands, especially Outland Models (available on ebay,), they look to be 3D printed for railway layouts including S scale/1:64, and I'm curious to see how they compare.

      Hey, how's it going? Appreciate the kind support and awesome comment. Thank you so much for highlighting Outland Models. I just had a quick look on eBay uk and their stuff looks really great! Super happy that you enjoyed this video. I like to make the videos that I would want to watch myself. I really enjoyed reading about your experiences living in Japan. That's such a great memory you should definitely get a display to remind you to go back and do that again some time. I know I'd enjoy doing that ALL DAY every day if I could lol. Sounds like a car guys dream come true! I'm going to put a hunting video out next. Have you picked up any new pieces for your collection? I've been reading online that it's "dry" in most places but honestly. In my local area I've been finding SO MUCH new and older hot wheels. Very nice chatting with you brother. Cheers to you 🚗💨

      My local Tesco has apparently stopped selling Hot Wheels and Matchbox entirely! Last week their HW dump bin was completely empty and the price was down to 53p "reduced to clear" - this week, no dump bin, no HW singles, just loads of overpriced five packs I don't want. A local Poundland also closed down, and if Tesco doesn't restock, that leaves only two places to find HW and only one that sells MB. So I've been more focused on ebay and collecting older and vintage models recently.

      Oh man! Sorry to hear that. Make sure you watch my best websites video. Amazon Japan and also make sure you're using ModelMatic.UK I hope that these videos can be a great help to you. Amazon Japan is legit but you need to drop £100+ each order to make cars a really great price. If you want just one car then stick to eBay. Smyths toys always the best for new things imo 👍 hope things will change for you bro. Gotta keep growing that collection!

    Have anyone bought hot wheels on AliExpress ?

    • @customcollects
      @customcollects  3 месяца назад +1

      Hey man. I've had a look but so far I haven't bought any. The shipping costs kill the great value. If you're a carded collector then be mindful that your order would have to travel most likely from china. Also, I can often find everything sold on AliExpress much cheaper online elsewhere. Make sure you watch my Best Websites for 2024 video. Wish you good luck and always use your head when comparing deals online 👍 be safe out there bro. Check reviews!
