Making this video made me realise that I need to own and open more of the older RLC Porsches... especially that Gulf 993 GT2 lol. How are you mate? Have you been out adding some nice new pieces to your collection?
Man, you have fabulous production values in your videos and excellent camera work! Respect to you for getting good mirror shots without accidentally recording yourself. G-Fans need to hire you to promote their dioramas, you aced it. What camera + settings do you use do you use? Great Porsche collection. I don't have great affinity for any one manufacturer, but the dealerships are lovely quality. Still thinking about getting a convenience store diorama though. The stackable acrylic display isn't too bad, it's a lot more secure than the shelves I built, and you could always display them the other way around with the open end against the wall. There are plenty of possible ways to fix them to something, too. I think a competent modeller/kit-basher could add some framework and turn them into Japanese-style multi-level parking racks relatively easily. Thanks for the video, I'm always eager to see what you'll do next.
Heck yeah! It's well put together and awesome comments like yours that need to fill my comment section. Thanks man. I'm only just getting started. December will be 1 year on RUclips. Looking forward to finding out where this journey goes. I have unlimited notes on my phone for video ideas and bro for real I just use my phone to make my videos. I'm a creative and work in the creative field so just making videos in my spare time to share my passion for collecting these awesome cars. I'd love to earn enough to make this my full time job for real! Long way to go man. Totally digging your perspective about the acrylic box. For 8 bucks it would be cool to get 10 of those together and make it actually look impressive! Using them backwards is actually kinda genius dude. I'm going to do that right now myself! Thanks. Love it. Tons of epic things to browse and buy on AliExpress! I spend a lot of time on the app just having fun with it and seeing what's a nice deal for my collection. Got more fun hot wheels hunting coming up next. I've had this Porsche display in the works so it feels great to post it. Cheers to you mate for being one of the cool guys! Thanks for making my day and I hope you've been able to get out and hunt down some nice pieces for your collection too. I bought 2 of the BMW elite64 car the day it came out and I can't wait to rip open the nicest looking one with the cleanest tampos! Enjoy your day. Hope all is well and good in your world 🚗💨
Hey man! How's it going? I'm not going to lie. Having 3 of these lined up side by side is making me feel like the Diecast Racing dudes that turned their house into a race track! Won't be long and I'll be making a video about 1:64 scale tiny people or similar lol. Very addictive! Hey, as long as we're doing something other than buying sealed cars to sit on a never open then I hope that this video will inspire someone to start ripping open their cars and building an epic loose display. No better place to start than with all the Porsches. I know we ALL have a lot of those. Hope you've been able to get out and about to hunt down some nice new pieces for your collection? Keep on growing your collection and thanks always for being one of the good guys and showing your great support. Much appreciated my friend 🚗💨🔥
G-Fans and ModelArt make lovely garages. I have a few of these, including the Porsche here, BMW and Subaru. The Porsche Logo is the hardest part to get right, especially the letter E. Thanks for the tip on the USB extension cable. Enjoying your enthusiastic content.
You're a gent! Thanks for the kind words and great support. I'm away on vacation for my birthday but will be back with another fun hunting video soon. Hope all is good with my dude. Have you found any cool new pieces for your collection recently? Thanks again for being one of awesome ones. Much appreciated
Hello. Hi. Thank you very much for taking the time to write this. This is video 40 and as "just some guy" sharing his passion for these toy cars you're absolutely right that the differences between video 4 and video 40 show improvement. Trying my best and working hard. December will be 1 year on RUclips for me. I hope you will comment again when video 100 finally rolls round and also thank you for writing your comment in such a way that it's not just firing shots at me. I think a lot of people don't understand that it's not easy and doesn't come naturally for everyone. Whilst I have you here. Do you use the AliExpress website much yourself? Hope you've been getting yourself out and about to hunt down some nice new pieces for your collection. Hot wheels hunting video coming up next for me! Hope you'll be back to watch it 🚗💨🔥
They have really turned things around for themselves for sure. I think a lot of (cough) more mature collectors will think that AliExpress is a scam website and not trustworthy. But it's the complete opposite. Every order that I receive it packed professionally and like you said. Delivery times are more than acceptable for the price! What was the last thing you purchased from their website? I've also bought some custom wheels to mess around with recently and they're great! Hope you're good man. Hot wheels hunting video in the works for the next upload 👍
@@customcollects Last thing i brought was a Quansheng Radio Scanner for a major bargain price and some RC stuff. Not the best had a loss in the family but cracking on as i can it happens. Found some great mainlines in recent weeks. I'll look forward to the new hunt.
Ah, I'm very sorry to hear that man. I only have one grandparent left and they will celebrating their 93rd birthday next month. I can tell you're a family guy like me so I hope you can always remember the fun and happier times and carry that with you. Be well my friend! 🙏 I actually ended up finding the most silver logo treasure hunts that I don't have and I also added a new super into my collection too! Best of luck for the week ahead dude. See you in the next one
Thanks man, I actually really needed a good laugh like that. It's even funnier that I know you're talking about "the green spongey balls of nature" and that just makes it even better! Hope you enjoyed this one. I always start these display / diorama videos thinking I'm going to tally mess everything up on camera and by the end of the day I'm always so proud of myself for putting everything together so neatly. Hope you're doing great and you've been out and about adding some nice new pieces into your collection? Take it easy my guy! 🚗💨🔥
Interesting display design. For I have been experimenting with using simple Lego blocks. I lack some of the fine details on an online manufactured product, but it offers a lot of options for a number of building types. I have built some stores' fronts and other types of designs to allow for realistic looking outdoor scenes when photographed. Once you get past the large block size, this option is another way to build something for displaying a diecast car.
Hey man how's it going? Your Lego displays sound super interesting. Have you posted any photos of them online anywhere? If you've never messed around with these G Fans displays then I'd say, based on your already creative passion you'd enjoy finding something special that catches your eye and try building something new. Just for fun! I always think I'm going to completely mess up building these things on camera and after I'm finished I always feel a great sense of accomplishment. Thanks for the cool comment and above all. I'm super happy that you also open and fully enjoy the cars that you buy as it truly is the best part about this hobby 🚗💨🔥

Thank you for being one of the real ones that leaves an epic comment! Have you bought many things from the AliExpress website before? Hope you're doing great man and that you've been out and about adding some nice pieces into your collection too 🚗💨🔥
It's a great way to display your models and one is never enough. I have 3 Porsche, 2 BMW and 1 Subaru. I also have a few 3 tier parking garages and you can always display more than the allocated spaces. One proviso, be mindful of the voltage you use for the lighting. I have used a battery pack, but the extension cable and shavers plug is a great idea. Happy collecting all!
