Wow!!! So many videos. In one weekend!!! This has truly been a great weekend in my house. I can’t imagine how good the grand Floridian must smell right now. I want to see this in person one day.
If you go to Aldi, their Christmas treats are mostly imported from Germany and many of them are the same! they usually have the star cookies, a gingerbread apricot domino squares dessert, lebküchen, and an amazing marzipan log.
I forgot to mention that they are so kind at the grand Floridian. My grandson is 23 and Tyler has autism. They asked him to be a cast member and hand out the special pins and stickers for the 25th anniversary. It was so sweet.

Dream lights🏰🏰 that castle❄❄ is so breathtaking and you have to see it in person to really appreciate it! i really miss the castle icicle's! the peppermint latte the peppermint brownie and the fireworks are like this🎄🎆❄🥰!
Wish they would bring it back! We're going to Disneyland this year and we're excited to see their lights, even if their castle is smaller. Peppermint Brownie with the Peppermint Latte sound like the perfect combination 🙂.

We were at the Grand Floridian for two weeks and we got to watch the pastry chefs and construction workers build the gingerbread house it was amazing to see. The treats are yummy

It would be nice if they had a good peppermint hot chocolate too!

Hi Sam & Jay 👋☺️! Thank you for sharing your Grand Floridian evening! I'm relatively new to your channel. Does Disney use the same Gingerbread House, or does Disney recreate the house each year? Your Korean chicken dish looked absolutely 💯% delish 😋. My mouth was watering. Sam's turkey sandwich looked great, too! How disappointing for the gluten-free cookie ☹️. The shape, size & chocolate looked great. But I guess the texture & taste were off. If they can successfully cook a flourless cake, I guess they must rethink their cookies. Someone once told me that the secret to ginger snap cookies is honey. Apparently, it adds moisture to the cookie instead of it baking it like a rock. Thanks again!! See you for the next one! ☺️ ❤ 🐶❤
So I think the structure is the same but all the baked goods that make it are new. Does that make sense? Like they build it the same way each year with new gingerbread. The savory food was on point! Three days in a row!!! You might need a vacation from your second job lol. The gingerbread merchandise is very cute this year. Loved the DVC resort cookie jar. The food from Gasparilla looks good! It is an 8 kinda day. I must say anytime is time for coffee... The mickey gingerbread looks disappointing. Jay "I don't hate it"... I like gingerbread flavored dust lol. Jay....I stand with you. Don't give up on the gingerbread. Maybe next time better? Now you have to go again lol. Thanks for making my morning happy before work.

I almost wonder if freshness is to blame whether or not someone gets a better gingerbread house treat or not. Aside from the imported cookies the rest of the treats are made in Lakeland, FL by Bakehouse LLC (DOU Bakehouse) according to the wrapper on the gingerbread shingle I bought the other day. Of course its great its local but how long has it been sitting before consumed is probably more so an issue.
I feel like Disneyland's gingerbread cookie is better (the one from Jolly Holiday, other ones aren't as good). They use two different gingerbread recipes and combine them together to make the dough
It is not! I do have a Knoebels tank top. But this shirt was actually for the opening day of The Phoenix Roller Coaster at Coney Island. The first 100 riders got that shirt 🙂.
Disappointed to hear the gluten-free option is gritty. It’s all about the flour they use. Gluten free baked goods aren’t gritty if a quality flour blend is used. I know I’ll get it when we come down in 2 weeks though since that’s my only option.

😆 I finished all our sawdust desserts yesterday! There's some great flavor in those Gluten Free desserts and they pair grest with coffee 🙂.

They’re still making guests with ADRs park at the CM lot? It’s been at least a year and a half now.
They are! We went about two weeks ago and we had to park accross the street. Only valet or Victoria & Albert's guests get the main lot.
