- The Tomei Expreme Ti exhuast sounds absolutely amazing. The titanium truly does give off a different sound note. I am in love with it. In person this exhaust sounds much better. For those wondering I do indeed have equal length headers. The main difference I could tell you right off the bat between the Tomei and the ETS is that there is wayyyyy less drone on the highway with the Tomei. That really surprised me. I hope you all enjoy the video.

Did you have any tune issues switching between these cat backs?
I’m pro tuned with the ets on, but wanted to switch it up to the tomei.
I know generally it’s ok to change the catback without tuning if you’re stock, but if you’re already pro tuned with one on does changing it matter?
Not gonna lie, I bought a valvetronic exhaust for my sti, just got it in the kther day and gotta say the weight savings with titanium if u ever wanna track your car is worth it. Otherwise, the sound sounds just like SS.
Great installation guys. Next time use a head lamp while under the car. Tomei baby. My neighbors would kill my ass if I had a Tomei on my 2017 WRX base model.

Just picked up a tomei for my wrx hatch have the welds or anything cracked and caused exhaust leaks or is evrything still holding up?
To this day it still sounds amazing. I love this exhaust :)
So if I have the down pipe stock do I need to replace the donut gasket for a 1 in or 3in

Love the content! Do you happen to know how these 2 exhausts sounds compared to the R400?
These are definitely louder than the r400. I have seen some cars with it and it is a nice exhaust still. But these will give off more of an aggressive sound in my opinion. Wish I had some way of comparing it! If anybody wants to let me slap it on my car for a video I’d be down for that just to show you all 🤷🏼♂️

TheMkTuber Tell me about it. That’s why I started looking at a different option for an exhaust for myself because the ETS Extreme had too much drone.

I’m trying to find someone selling a used ets catback with muffler delete itd sound beautiful with my el header, I’m tired of the n1 to quiet, but this tomei sounds bad ass

Ik some ppl dont like single exit.catbacks but there is a easy fix to that. I beliebe subispeeed or one of those places sell a cover plate For that exact purpose. Put that one and voila

I don’t have much experience with Cobbs Exhaust so I can’t say if it sounds better or not but I can say that it is much louder than the Cobb titanium one. Cobb has very very good quality parts but they also like to stay on the more legal side of things and don’t normally push to have extreme parts. If that makes sense haha

Did it burn your bumper? Can you loosen it and try to lower the tip a bit? Thanks for the video you never disappoint.
It’s so big it touches no matter what I do but today when I get home I’ll try again and see if I Can make it any better :)
You can adjust it to lower it down, just loosen up the t-bolt and rotate the pipe a little. Also, the springs tend to rattle every once in awhile... I just took mine off recently. Just a heads up.
Ryan Smith I heard they don’t last long either because of cracking at the welds.. but I’ll test that theory out 😂 Also thank you I’ll check it out! I have yet to take a look into this due to being busy and Life :/

My ETS Extreme sounded louder from inside the car and had a bunch of drone. This one is much better in my opinion. It’s not necessarily “loud” but you can hear it when driving. I think it sounds great :)

It doesn't help driving fast like that. We all know it's going to be loud at WOT but for everyday driving, it doesn't help much. Good video though.

most of us do not need a tomei you can do better with alot less money
It’s all personal preference there is a lot of good exhausts out there for our cars.
