That ‘Panic’ CD was a great pickup! When you were shopping… & you pulled it out… I was literally shouting “buy it now”… & you didn’t disappoint me mate, lol!🤘🏻
Some hilarious budget looking dvds there. Lol! Still get a kick out of seeing the Mondern Invasion sticker. Very cool pick ups. Repressed Records has become a favourite place to order from.
I have that Panic - actually got both albums , great band. That 'The Kill' album is fucking brilliant!! Love Impaled Nazarene, followed em since the debut and like all their albums.
Hi Simon!!! It seems you had a good trip and got a good stack of cool media to add to the collection... Panic and Delirium Tremens sounds like interesting stuff to check out. cheers and be well
12:07. I bought a few of their Burzum LPs online recently. I'm pretty sure they're Back on Black - I'll comment again when they arrive, perhaps. Anyway, enjoying your content as a fellow Australian. Wish they had stores like this near me!
Rabbits Carrot had Jon from Dissection for a while. Nice video man I enjoy watching these with the missus and saying “got that” every time you flip past something I own
saw Rabbits Carrot , Nosferatu and Dissection live at a small place outside Stromstad in sweden in autumn 1990.Cadaver and Entombed was also on the bill.Austrian band Disharmonic Orchestra was supposed to come as well but did not show.awesome memories
The unreadable logo is Occulted Death Stance, a very hard record. Seems like a good day there, one of the first records you flipped was Total Abuse, one of my favorite bands ever. Cheers✌🏼
I'd say go back and pick up the Voorhees LP from Egg Records. Ferocious, hoarse, fast UK hardcore punk stalwarts since 1991 and in bands prior to then also. Aussie related, the vocalist was also in a band called Meatlocker with member(s) of Extortion. (That's as far as I am into the video at the moment...)
Whenever I hear that title, I'm reminded of that part from Pantera home videos where they all dress up as Kiss and watch a Kiss concert from the side of the stage. Phil wears Paul Stanley's makeup and goes "I stole your loooOoOOoOOOve!".
@@ExplosiveAction Those were the best. I was a big Pantera fan when I was 14-20 and seeing all that (almost) uncensored footage from their tours was a blast. The part where Kirk Windstein wreaks havoc while dressed as The Hulk had me in stitches. It's one of those things that probably don't get made anymore because everything has to be sanitized, censored and politically correct these days. Not to mention that metal hasn't been in the mainstream for at least 20 years.
@@ExplosiveAction Haha, yeah. They were making a lot of money, but the tour life was almost the same as any other band's, except with a much bigger crew, more vehicles and eqipment. They still had to stay at some shitty hotels and entertain themselves while waiting for the main event. I wonder how many roadies became alcoholics after all this.
Far from Jet Li's final Martial Arts movie. I'm sure that was just his intent at the time it was made. I believe he was in some Tsui Hark movie Flying Swords at Dragon's Gate. Probably more CGI enhanced. Granted that was 2011 and one of his most recent was the Mulan remake where he plays The Emperor and doesn't really do any action anymore.
Delirium Tremens is an older german thrash band formed in 1996. The album you saw is probably the weakest of their 3 albums. I would recommend checking out their 1999 debut "Violent Mosh Ground", it's raw teutonic thrash and I am almost sure you will enjoy it given you like old Sodom!
Solid outing. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!

Haha! I was listening to it yesterday and it's quality. Definitely has that 90s Sacred Reich sound to it.

Love my budget DVDs haha. And yes! Modern invasion triangle guarantees a 90s press
Nice haul and a good out and about video!
Thanks mate!

I should grab that The Kill!

Hey cheers mate, where in the country are you based?
@@ExplosiveAction Out in rural Victoria :p
@@spritefroggy oof lucky to get running water! Haha
@@ExplosiveAction Hahaha, definitely. The joys of paying for water delivery in the summer...
Back on Black from 2021...
I had a haul recently of 13 metal CDs. 4 of which are back in the collection as I've owned them before.
Yep, we all do it lol. Sometimes things get traded away and you don't remember why
@@ExplosiveActionActually, my brother stole most of my CDs back in 2015. I'm slowly getting them back.
New Departure Chandelier lurking in the background is killer. Pick it up from shop in Aus?
Well spotted. Limited stock came in at Overuse but were spoken for on preorder.
@@ExplosiveAction good score. Been selling out fast, ended up ordering a copy out of Norway with a few others to make shipping to NZ worth it
are you able to do a vid on were to get retro sound equipment cheers if you can it could be interesting for others as well
Ah probably not as I don't keep up to date on that. Once I got my stuff, which was either eBay, marketplace or a vintage hifi store, I stopped looking
That Damien record you flipped past is some great Swedish Thrash from the late 80s!
Yeah somebody else mentioned it, neat!

Ahh yeah that's why I know it!
That's an amazing lineup!
Nice haul but i just don't get Hulder at all.
They do seem to be a bit polarising
The unreadable logo is Occulted Death Stance, a very hard record. Seems like a good day there, one of the first records you flipped was Total Abuse, one of my favorite bands ever. Cheers✌🏼
Thanks for the recommendations mate! I'll look into both!
Orphaned Land debut is a classic.
I should look into the band more.
Splendid behaviour
I was able to pick up an original hell await CD today for 20$ in perfect condition... I'm super stoked on that🤘🔪
Great score!
The War Below is quite good actually
I enjoyed it
Fantastic, glad to hear that! You never know with modern war films that are not epic scale.
Tol Cormpt Norz Norz Norz rules. Nothing beats goats, roosters and fornication pared with some sick BM. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Hahaha!
Those look like some really cool movies CD's and Vinyl's Simon very brutal do you still have enough room for them? You're room looks really full
Always find ways! Sometimes I sell stuff I don't want anymore, often a Blu-ray replaces a DVD, etc.
Asteroid dvd is going for 60 dollars and up
Oh damn. $3 well spent then
@@ExplosiveAction indeed 🤘🤘
Check out Freedom of Fear. Amazing death band from Adelaide
I would have never picked that cover for death metal! Looks like power or folk metal. I'll check it out!
Urga karma is the sophomore. You got the debut
Ahh yes you are right.. though there was only a few months between them anyway!
I think they were both 93’ so easy mistake
Seems they were very productive in 93!
Hello there!!... Where is the store located at?
All the stores are in Newtown
@@ExplosiveAction You a Blacktown boy? If not I saw your doppelganger the other day!!
What is the name of the record right before freedom of fear would like to check that 1 out
Great video
Ignivomous "Hieroglossia"
Thanks I'll listen to this on my way home from work
Surprised so many people love this Hulder record - on couple of listens it strikes me as good but overall pretty run of the mill USBM
It's not groundbreaking but I do like the mediaeval tone to it

"I Stole Your Love" is a KISS cover. But yeah, would raise my eyebrow too if i saw that title on a thrash album.
Whenever I hear that title, I'm reminded of that part from Pantera home videos where they all dress up as Kiss and watch a Kiss concert from the side of the stage. Phil wears Paul Stanley's makeup and goes "I stole your loooOoOOoOOOve!".

He did some martial arts in the Expendables but that's the most recent thing I've seen in him!

That logo definitely looked thrash! Cheers for the recommendation.
That Incinerated is a great record. Mortician worship
Wow really. I'd have presumed tight political grind. Cool!
Enchant is a progressive metal/rock band. I like them a lot. Maybe not your cup of tea.
Ahhh yeh doesn't sound me!
