This interview is so touching because of the sincerity and openness throughout. I am someone who learns that it's ok to have and show emotions after they have been blocked my entire childhood, and I am more than happy to learn that there is nothing wrong with crying and bursting with joy.
A tear just dropped listening your young self saying thank you for all the work you have done to become what you are today, it really resonated in me. We definitely need to look back to that child and dialogue with tenderness. You are a beautiful person.
Lewis I'm sorry to hear of your extended loss after your dad's accident and your grief at his passing. My mom has final stage Alzheimer's disease, she was diagnosed 17 years ago. My sympathies on the sadness of the prolonged loss of your dad. May he rest in peace. I hope you find peace too.
I just wanted to say that I’m sorry to hear about your dad passing away. It sounds really tough, and I think it’s awesome that you had the courage to open up about it.

Thank you Lewis. Esther is a very interesting, keen and insightful person. I learn something new from you and your guest each time I watch your content.
I’ve never had a relationship like this cos I couldn’t stand laughing @ bad things esp young girls were involved but my man is refreshingly good for me & my fam 😍
that point at the end where she's talking about how a partner should be changing to please you - you voice a concern and they change their behaviour... well simply this does not work with a lot of people because they see it as dominance and the fear is if they let someone boss them / change them through kind request they will eventually lose themselves... these subtle requests if only coming from one side will end up being dominance, so the requests must be balanced and coming from both sides otherwise the power dynamic will be unbalanced and one person will lose themselves.
I never regret taking in these episodes. They always contain gold nuggets. Thank you for daring to put out such authentic and heart centered content Lewis. Much love.
Very touching and insightful conversations. I’ve definitely learned a lot and it has placed my mind to think in a new perspective. I’ve been in a relationship with my partner for 10 years now. I have been cheated and I have been a cheater. However, I love this man and want to learn, grow, and strengthen our relationship from our mistakes.
