This was extremely helpful. I clearly see where I have gone wrong in many relationships now. I tend to pick partners that won't do the work or hold themselves accountable. So, I take on the blame for the conflict and I try to do 100% of the work for the both of us. It is exhausting and not sustainable as you said. Thank you for opening my eyes and giving me insight to see this sooner in a relationship.

I'm asking this because a lot of us still don't know the difference between making a choice from your loving healthy self or making a choice from your wounded self....
