Basically what just happened to me. Friend in highschool sent me this 8 years ago, I didn't give it much thought but it helped her through some really bad times. Just listened to it today after not talking to her for 6 years, and now I understand.
That happened to me, I had heard it about 30 times and didn't affect me, then one morning , the holy spirit came upon me and i was crying very loud. Then a few days later heard the song again and it felt as God was giving me a message.
"Consider it pure joy my brothers whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish it's work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." James 1:2-4.
I heard this song shortly after my brother-in-law passed away. My husband became depressed and very distant. He lost both his parents, his dad at a young age and his mother later. Him and his brother was very close. After he died my husband proceeded to shut me out. I wanted to help him heal, but he wouldn't let me. Anyway after i heard it, i downloaded it and sat him down and had him listen to it. The turnaround was amazing, he burst into tears, we prayed together for the first time in months.
Please pray for me. I have been dealing with severe depression for a good portion of my life but in the past 1 1/2 years it has gotten a lot worse. I naively sought out the "love" and attention of guys to heal me of my sadness but ended up heartbroken in the end. So this is where I am right now in life, extremely heartbroken and depressed. I have reconnected with the Lord my savior but still feel like I have a long ways to go in life. I also just finished my second year of college and could really used your prayers for my eventual completion of school. At-home life isn't much easier either, but I seem to manage. I am doing my best to seek out God's love to get me through everything in life, but I could really use your prayers. Thank you and may God bless.
Keep listening to worship music. Focus on who God is and how much he loves you. Find a support group at a local hospital or church. Keep reaching out and asking for help and prayers. I went through a very dark period 3 years ago. It takes time, support, prayers, faith, and hope. Praying for you!

The words of Job come to me, when he says to God "though He slay me, yet I will trust in Him" A few weeks ago I was told that I have tendonitis in my leg, affecting my knee. I have shooting pain down my leg with every step that I take. Yesterday I cried bc I wish I could walk normally and painfree again, but I can't. And I was afraid that I might not ever be able to. I might need surgery, don't have insurance, in my second year of college and working to pay my way through. So, seems to be (at least to me) the worst timing. But, then I realized, there might be a little girl somewhere who can't walk who is going to need me one day. She'll ask me how I got through it, and I hope that I will be able to tell her that it was through God, through praising Him. Even if I never walk normally again, I know that one day I will be able to walk, I'll be able to run...I'll have the priveledge of dancing into my Fathers arms. For now, I hurt, but I can still trust His ways are best. Romans 8:18;28 ❤

May I ? I have been saved since 1977. I was born in 1958, and the first 6 months of my life a witch cared for me. Then my mom abandoned me, and i was adopted. My adopted dad molested me until his death when i was 11 years old. I grew up and when i started dating, i visited my boyfriends home, and his dad ordered me never to return, and a few months later (on my birthday), he died. It wasnt until this last season, that I am TRULY SET FREE. I am now going through deep healing. I am feeling True Emotion as well as I am learning my True Identity in Christ. God is going deep in many, MANY people this season. It is time to let HIM set you/us free and heal us/you completely too! SHALOM!!!
I have really struggled over the last two years with a lot of things - the most important things in my life feel as if they are going completely downhill. Things I feel like I should be able to control. My life is getting away from me and I could really use some prayer. Pray for a respite from the pain and the frustration - I could really use for God to erase the dark and allow the morning to dawn right about now. God talked to me thru this song as a miracle. In the middle of family separation and pain I decided to take a walk and listening internet radio on my phone. On my walk I pray to God and beg for peace and to give me trust on his promises. Suddelnly Josh Wilson started to sing this song, God you are the greatest!
I lost my 2 year old son nearly 16 months ago and this song along with others has been so helpful to the grieving process. Instead of blaming God like I have seen so many do, I chose to cling to Him and He has brought me through it. He gives me strength when I am weak and is the only way I have made it through. The darkest time is just before the morning ... well sometimes nights can be unnaturally long - a darkness fell for 9 hours when Jesus was on the cross, and just think how much Jesus was suffering!! But what morning came after all that seeming hopelessness when everyone thought all hope was lost?! It doesn't matter how long it lasts, the greatest morning, better than we could ever imagine is coming. One day you'll get to look up and see His face staring down at you as he says "well done." ... :)

This song is beautiful. It is funny how God knows what you need to hear. I heard this song on the radio when I was sitting in front of my house after it flooded in May. My heart was shattered and this is exactly what I was feeling. Alone and not knowing why anything so horrible could happen to anyone. I cried during the entire song and I still do. What an awesome God we serve.

This song helps me so much.. All my life I've been extremely shy and quiet. I would get nervous when I would talk to people. In High School I didn't have a lot of friends. I was in band all throughout high school. And it sort of helped with the shyness. Al though I was good in school I got mostly As and Bs but I am a horrible test taker. Throughout school I had to go to summer school because of placement tests to graduate. During this time all I longed for was for someone to love me. I've had girlfriends in high school . My sophomore year I broke up with one and I went through a huge depression . I attempted suicide so many times. I took pills a lot. But I knew that God wasn't finished with me.. He had a plan for me and I had to find out. I had complete faith in him. My senior year in high school I found this one girl who claimed to be this Godly person. So I tried sharing Jesus with her and hoping that we would worship him together. Well she wasn't really a Christian at all.. She was like of the world .. I struggled with pornography also. We ended having sex multiple times. I felt extremely guilty. But I still wanted to make the relationship work. She was over controlling and very sexually active. She would make me lie to my parents a lot. I neglected all of my friends for her. We lasted almost a year until I finally gave up on her and broke up with her this April 2nd. She went extremely crazy to where she had to move. She claimed she was pregnant to try to get me back.. It put me under a lot of stress.. In my heart I knew I did the right thing. This June 6 I graduated high school. It was amazing because I have a bad self esteem and negativity. Throughout those failures I achieved success .. But this summer I had to go to a community college because a university was expensive for me:( they had me take a placement test to see if I qualify for college classes. Well I didn't I have to take high school classes again for no reason. Which means it'll take me 6 or 7 years to get a degree. This morning I cried so much I got down on my knees. I feel like such a failure . I'm 18 with no job no car and a horrible start to a college career. But I know that God still has a plan for me and that one day I will achieve victory . Even if anyone or my parents didn't think so. This song helps me a lot .

Here I am laying in a hospital bed, been here for almost 6 weeks now and I decided to search miracles here on youtube and found this song. I am 27 weeks pregnant and my water broke too soon at 21 weeks. The doctors wanted us to abort our son saying he would not have a chance anyways once he is born. We decided to let God determine his fate. So I am here having so much faith that our son Austin will make it. He lost his left foot and we are not sure how his lungs will be but I am praying hard!
I had one of the best moments in my life! This man is the season I learnt guitar I learnt to play like all his songs. That was like 5 years ago . Since then I changed so much I got into worldly music and played gigs and things. Tonight I just remebered one of my first songs ever I learnt was josh wilson -carry me . It made me remeber how easily we get distracted with earthly things. My eyes filled with tears as I started to listen to all his songs again . I remebered them word for word and like I hadn't listened to them in 5 years . I just relized I need to get back to why I first started play music.
I truly believe this song was written for my wife. She struggled with diabetes for 20 years. We lost a baby in 2008, in May 2010 she had a kidney and pancreas transplant. We was ready for a new life though she never complained at all she loved life she loved god. I lost my wife to cancer in November 2010 she was only 28, all the struggles that she had in life and to be so positive and to think that we complain about little things that we have going on in life. I lost a baby to trisomy 13 about 10 months ago, I survided the first 3 or 4 months after that by giving the emotional support my family needed, playing strong, and when things got better for them I went down, I just broke myself... many things helped me recover, but this song along with 'Whatever you're doing' from Sanctus Real were the final bolts to get me on my feet again. God indeed is awesome.
I dealt with depression for 11 years! During the worst of it considered suicide a lot. Not too long ago I was cured of a lifelong condition that brought physical agony which in turn cured my depression. At the age of 23 I still have good days and bad (Today hasn't been so good, Birthday burnout and lack of motivation); but though it all, I know that God will always love me.

I heard this song on the radio when I got in the car this evening and, it was just what I needed to hear at that moment....Oh my, how broken I feel at times in this new spiritual walk because my flesh and spirit seem to be at battle with each other and I keep wondering when will I feel like my happy self again? Oh I wish my fleshly needs would surrender already. Hearing this song broke me down on my way home and gave me hope.
I know exactly what you mean. The book of Romans is very inspirational about that situation when Paul the apostle struggled with sin and the flesh. He said it best when he said: "That i wanna do;that i do not do;and that i don't wanna do;that i end up doing." And the scriptures go on;and my interpretation of that is;that the spirit is very weak in our natural self;but thanks be to God through Jesus Christ we have One mightier and greater than ourselves who bore our sins on the cross to set us free;and it is in him we have our hope and our salvation;and eternal place of rest. Thank you Jesse Reyna for the kind words and scripture reference. When I posted this song I was totally struggling. On February 1st, I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and all my broken pieces were put together. The Lord has blessed me in so many ways and my 12 year old son is seeking God for himself as well where as before it was like "ugh why do I have to read the bible everyday, none of my friends do, why can't I just go to church on Sunday like the rest of em". lol He received the baptism of the Holy Ghost on February 15th during church service, and then baptized in water in Jesus' name. God gets all the glory because I was so lost before I started following him. I feel whole again and I'm back to my happy self again! :) I had to deal with some unsolved issues and learn to let go of my need to control all things before I could get back to my happy self. I had to go back to move forward and I had to get lost to be found!

My house flooded in 2010 and I lost everything. I was very heartbroken and asking God why He would allow this to happen. I was parked in front of what was left of my house listening to the radio and this song came on. I'm not a Christian but I know it was exactly what I needed when I needed it. I'm eternally thankful this song came on when it did as it taught me that being strong isn't always the right thing to do.

Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." We have all sinned. Romans 6:23, teaches us about the consequences of sin - "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 10:9, "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 5:1 has this wonderful message, "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 8:38-39, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." What is being said here is true and it just takes Faith and obedience in Christ and all that he has done and all that he wants us to do.
I love the children. God forbid that anyone should hurt an innocent child! Please protect children. Animals are wonderful, yes. But what is more important in God’s eyes? Parents, love those precious little ones!

I heard this song at one of my weakest moments in my life. It was so powerful that I heard God say, "believe, the joy is coming, it's just the dark before the morning." Thank you God.
The first time I heard this song, I had just started chemotherapy. I was broken and so angry. After 6 unsuccessful infertility treatments, I had given up hope,... then I received a cancer diagnosis. On chemo treatment number 2, I began to curse God, and would say YOU did this to me…I hate you God. No sooner did I finish thinking that, did this song come on. The part that stuck with me was, "the pain that you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming." The joy that has come is not total remission, but rather my son, Elijah, who doctors said I’d never have.

I remember listening to this song when my wife left me years ago and I thought my life was ending. Years later I’ve remarried to the best girl I’ve ever met and have a little girl one the way. God is good and has a great plans for our lives!
I’m going through many things right now and many of them have been going on for decades now: very low self esteem, phobias, social anxiety, sexual immorality/sex addiction, occultic, same sex attraction, and several other things that cause “the blues “ on regular basis. But…. I’m believing that God will deliver me of all that stuff eventually for a testimony that will be HARD to deny! Its super rough living through it and waiting for my day of deliverance, but, i know God will do it in his timing. Its hard knowing I’m 48, wondering how much longer it will take as i don’t know how much time i have left on the earth (none of us do). But I’m still holding faith.
(You probably won’t even see this but if you do I just want you to know) I’m only 16 and may not know much of what your going through, but I can promise you that when God is done working in your life you will be able to save so many people with your powerful testimony ❤

The worse loss is the loss of a child that was supposed to come into the world but never had a chance to walk but got wings instead & big brother and sister will never meet our angel baby.
Pray for me. School has been extremely overwhelming. I'm taking a lot of hard classes and it really drags me to anxiety and depression. The worst part is I really don't have any friends at school, so it's hard remembering God's promises when you don't have someone as a visual reminder. Pray for motivation, joy, and courage.

If it wasn't for this song I wouldn't have made it through the summer or the fall. I'm not one that goes on these tangents about my life because generally I don't like talking about my life and what I go through with others especially on the Internet. This song makes the only exception. I battled depression and suicidal thoughts for a very long time because I was a love drunk teenager that thought that one girl was always gonna be his and not leave him. Well she did, and she made it known she did. Depressed and looking for a way out, scrolling through some old songs in my phone I put it on shuffle, this song comes on. I'll be graduating in a little over a year with my bachelors degree in Political Science and going into the Marines right after. I honestly can say God made sure I heard this song that fateful night. Sometimes God just shows us one baby step ahead we walk and walk in His mercy, then after we finish the walk and look back, we see that all along, He had an entire plan.
I had a herniated disc in my lower back in the past that caused nerve damage which has limited my ability to do many activities this past year. Along with that, I've had bouts of depression from it. While I was driving today, this song came on and spoke deeply to me. The pain that I've been feeling can't compare to the joy that's coming.
This song helps lift my spirits when I think about my daddy who passed away when I was little. I know that God is with me every step of the way and comforts me and I know that one day I'll see my daddy again in heaven some day.

i love this song.i just started listening to a few christian radio stations recently.just for a change.and this song blew my mind.it really spoke to how i was feeling about my boyfriend who is uncertain in his faith because of all the pain in the world.it's hard to talk with him about faith and also try to appeal to his feelings at the same time.i take lines from this song and apply it to both of us."would you dare to believe" goes out to him. My flesh took over me today I havent felt this hurt by something in a long time. and i have a reason to see the joy that the lord is going to come and he is my god, god knows my heart is breaking and but my heart is to break.

I had no one I decided to give in to a God I didn't know. This song gave me hope. It's been a year and a couple months now since I converted. Basically what just happened to me.
Friend in highschool sent me this 8 years ago, I didn't give it much thought but it helped her through some really bad times.
Just listened to it today after not talking to her for 6 years, and now I understand.
That happened to me, I had heard it about 30 times and didn't affect me, then one morning , the holy spirit came upon me and i was crying very loud. Then a few days later heard the song again and it felt as God was giving me a message.

I heard this song shortly after my brother-in-law passed away. My husband became depressed and very distant. He lost both his parents, his dad at a young age and his mother later. Him and his brother was very close. After he died my husband proceeded to shut me out. I wanted to help him heal, but he wouldn't let me. Anyway after i heard it, i downloaded it and sat him down and had him listen to it. The turnaround was amazing, he burst into tears, we prayed together for the first time in months.

Please pray for me. I have been dealing with severe depression for a good portion of my life but in the past 1 1/2 years it has gotten a lot worse. I naively sought out the "love" and attention of guys to heal me of my sadness but ended up heartbroken in the end. So this is where I am right now in life, extremely heartbroken and depressed. I have reconnected with the Lord my savior but still feel like I have a long ways to go in life. I also just finished my second year of college and could really used your prayers for my eventual completion of school. At-home life isn't much easier either, but I seem to manage. I am doing my best to seek out God's love to get me through everything in life, but I could really use your prayers. Thank you and may God bless.
Keep listening to worship music. Focus on who God is and how much he loves you. Find a support group at a local hospital or church. Keep reaching out and asking for help and prayers. I went through a very dark period 3 years ago. It takes time, support, prayers, faith, and hope. Praying for you!

A few weeks ago I was told that I have tendonitis in my leg, affecting my knee. I have shooting pain down my leg with every step that I take. Yesterday I cried bc I wish I could walk normally and painfree again, but I can't. And I was afraid that I might not ever be able to.
I might need surgery, don't have insurance, in my second year of college and working to pay my way through. So, seems to be (at least to me) the worst timing.
But, then I realized, there might be a little girl somewhere who can't walk who is going to need me one day. She'll ask me how I got through it, and I hope that I will be able to tell her that it was through God, through praising Him.
Even if I never walk normally again, I know that one day I will be able to walk, I'll be able to run...I'll have the priveledge of dancing into my Fathers arms.
For now, I hurt, but I can still trust His ways are best.

May I ? I have been saved since 1977. I was born in 1958, and the first 6 months of my life a witch cared for me. Then my mom abandoned me, and i was adopted. My adopted dad molested me until his death when i was 11 years old. I grew up and when i started dating, i visited my boyfriends home, and his dad ordered me never to return, and a few months later (on my birthday), he died. It wasnt until this last season, that I am TRULY SET FREE. I am now going through deep healing. I am feeling True Emotion as well as I am learning my True Identity in Christ. God is going deep in many, MANY people this season. It is time to let HIM set you/us free and heal us/you completely too! SHALOM!!!

I have really struggled over the last two years with a lot of things - the most important things in my life feel as if they are going completely downhill. Things I feel like I should be able to control. My life is getting away from me and I could really use some prayer. Pray for a respite from the pain and the frustration - I could really use for God to erase the dark and allow the morning to dawn right about now. But also please pray that I could continue to have patience through this, as I know God’s timing is not my timing. Thanks very much, and God bless you!

I lost my 2 year old son nearly 16 months ago and this song along with others has been so helpful to the grieving process. The darkest time is just before the morning ... well sometimes nights can be unnaturally long - a darkness fell for 9 hours when Jesus was on the cross, and just think how much Jesus was suffering!! But what morning came after all that seeming hopelessness when everyone thought all hope was lost?!

I heard this song on the radio when I was sitting in front of my house after it flooded in May. My heart was shattered and this is exactly what I was feeling. Alone and not knowing why anything so horrible could happen to anyone. I cried during the entire song and I still do.

This song helps me so much.. All my life I've been extremely shy and quiet. I would get nervous when I would talk to people. In High School I didn't have a lot of friends. I was in band all throughout high school. And it sort of helped with the shyness. Al though I was good in school I got mostly As and Bs but I am a horrible test taker. Throughout school I had to go to summer school because of placement tests to graduate. During this time all I longed for was for someone to love me. I've had girlfriends in high school . My sophomore year I broke up with one and I went through a huge depression . I attempted suicide so many times. I took pills a lot. But I knew that God wasn't finished with me.. He had a plan for me and I had to find out. I had complete faith in him. My senior year in high school I found this one girl who claimed to be this Godly person. So I tried sharing Jesus with her and hoping that we would worship him together. Well she wasn't really a Christian at all.. She was like of the world .. I struggled with pornography also. We ended having sex multiple times. I felt extremely guilty. But I still wanted to make the relationship work. She was over controlling and very sexually active. She would make me lie to my parents a lot. I neglected all of my friends for her. We lasted almost a year until I finally gave up on her and broke up with her this April 2nd. She went extremely crazy to where she had to move. She claimed she was pregnant to try to get me back.. It put me under a lot of stress.. In my heart I knew I did the right thing. This June 6 I graduated high school. It was amazing because I have a bad self esteem and negativity. Throughout those failures I achieved success .. But this summer I had to go to a community college because a university was expensive for me:( they had me take a placement test to see if I qualify for college classes. Well I didn't I have to take high school classes again for no reason. Which means it'll take me 6 or 7 years to get a degree. This morning I cried so much I got down on my knees. I feel like such a failure . I'm 18 with no job no car and a horrible start to a college career. But I know that God still has a plan for me and that one day I will achieve victory . Even if anyone or my parents didn't think so. This song helps me a lot .

Here I am laying in a hospital bed, been here for almost 6 weeks now and I decided to search miracles here on youtube and found this song. I am 27 weeks pregnant and my water broke too soon at 21 weeks. The doctors wanted us to abort our son saying he would not have a chance anyways once he is born. We decided to let God determine his fate. So I am here having so much faith that our son Austin will make it. He lost his left foot and we are not sure how his lungs will be but I am praying hard!
I had one of the best moments in my life! This man is the season I learnt guitar I learnt to play like all his songs. That was like 5 years ago . Since then I changed so much I got into worldly music and played gigs and things.
Tonight I just remebered one of my first songs ever I learnt was josh wilson -carry me . It made me remeber how easily we get distracted with earthly things.
My eyes filled with tears as I started to listen to all his songs again . I remebered them word for word and like I hadn't listened to them in 5 years . I just relized I need to get back to why I first started play music.

I truly believe this song was written for my wife. She struggled with diabetes for 20 years. We lost a baby in 2008, in May 2010 she had a kidney and pancreas transplant. We was ready for a new life though she never complained at all she loved life she loved god. I lost my wife to cancer in November 2010 she was only 28, all the struggles that she had in life and to be so positive and to think that we complain about little things that we have going on in life. This song helped me so much

I lost a baby to trisomy 13 about 10 months ago, I survided the first 3 or 4 months after that by giving the emotional support my family needed, playing strong, and when things got better for them I went down, I just broke myself... many things helped me recover, but this song along with 'Whatever you're doing' from Sanctus Real were the final bolts to get me on my feet again. God indeed is awesome.
I dealt with depression for 11 years! During the worst of it considered suicide a lot. Not too long ago I was cured of a lifelong condition that brought physical agony which in turn cured my depression. At the age of 23 I still have good days and bad (Today hasn't been so good, Birthday burnout and lack of motivation); but though it all, I know that God will always love me.

I heard this song on the radio when I got in the car this evening and, it was just what I needed to hear at that moment....Oh my, how broken I feel at times in this new spiritual walk because my flesh and spirit seem to be at battle with each other and I keep wondering when will I feel like my happy self again? Oh I wish my fleshly needs would surrender already. Hearing this song broke me down on my way home and gave me hope.
I know exactly what you mean. The book of Romans is very inspirational about that situation when Paul the apostle struggled with sin and the flesh. He said it best when he said: "That i wanna do;that i do not do;and that i don't wanna do;that i end up doing." And the scriptures go on;and my interpretation of that is;that the spirit is very weak in our natural self;but thanks be to God through Jesus Christ we have One mightier and greater than ourselves who bore our sins on the cross to set us free;and it is in him we have our hope and our salvation;and eternal place of rest.

Thank you Jesse Reyna for the kind words and scripture reference. When I posted this song I was totally struggling. On February 1st, I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and all my broken pieces were put together. The Lord has blessed me in so many ways and my 12 year old son is seeking God for himself as well where as before it was like "ugh why do I have to read the bible everyday, none of my friends do, why can't I just go to church on Sunday like the rest of em". lol He received the baptism of the Holy Ghost on February 15th during church service, and then baptized in water in Jesus' name. God gets all the glory because I was so lost before I started following him. I feel whole again and I'm back to my happy self again! :) I had to deal with some unsolved issues and learn to let go of my need to control all things before I could get back to my happy self. I had to go back to move forward and I had to get lost to be found!

My house flooded in 2010 and I lost everything. I was very heartbroken and asking God why He would allow this to happen. I was parked in front of what was left of my house listening to the radio and this song came on. I'm not a Christian but I know it was exactly what I needed when I needed it. I'm eternally thankful this song came on when it did as it taught me that being strong isn't always the right thing to do.

The first time I heard this song, I had just started chemotherapy. I was broken and so angry. After 6 unsuccessful infertility treatments, I had given up hope,... then I received a cancer diagnosis. On chemo treatment number 2, I began to curse God, and would say YOU did this to me…I hate you God. No sooner did I finish thinking that, did this song come on. The part that stuck with me was, "the pain that you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming." The joy that has come is not total remission, but rather my son, Elijah, who doctors said I’d never have.

I’m going through many things right now and many of them have been going on for decades now: very low self esteem, phobias, social anxiety, sexual immorality/sex addiction, occultic, same sex attraction, and several other things that cause “the blues “ on regular basis. But…. I’m believing that God will deliver me of all that stuff eventually for a testimony that will be HARD to deny! Its super rough living through it and waiting for my day of deliverance, but, i know God will do it in his timing. Its hard knowing I’m 48, wondering how much longer it will take as i don’t know how much time i have left on the earth (none of us do). But I’m still holding faith.
(You probably won’t even see this but if you do I just want you to know) I’m only 16 and may not know much of what your going through, but I can promise you that when God is done working in your life you will be able to save so many people with your powerful testimony ❤

This song reminds me of my mom who just passed away in April. She was a believer her whole life. So I know the joy that’s coming for her must be wonderful.

Pray for me. School has been extremely overwhelming. I'm taking a lot of hard classes and it really drags me to anxiety and depression. The worst part is I really don't have any friends at school, so it's hard remembering God's promises when you don't have someone as a visual reminder. Pray for motivation, joy, and courage.

I'm not one that goes on these tangents about my life because generally I don't like talking about my life and what I go through with others especially on the Internet. This song makes the only exception. I battled depression and suicidal thoughts for a very long time because I was a love drunk teenager that thought that one girl was always gonna be his and not leave him. Well she did, and she made it known she did. Depressed and looking for a way out, scrolling through some old songs in my phone I put it on shuffle, this song comes on. I'll be graduating in a little over a year with my bachelors degree in Political Science and going into the Marines right after. I honestly can say God made sure I heard this song that fateful night. God Bless Josh Wilson for this. The one song I will never skip when it comes on to play.

jimmy brazell 1992-2011 my friend passed away not but a hour ago and this hurt is killing me i loved him ATON and then i peaked onto my dresser and whats there a josh wilson cd case. The Lord blessed me with such family and friends to take this fight head on and thats what imma do i will miss him and i loved him dearly R.I.P jimmy you are a saint in the eyes of the beholder!

I had a herniated disc in my lower back in the past that caused nerve damage which has limited my ability to do many activities this past year. Along with that, I've had bouts of depression from it. i love this song.i just started listening to a few christian radio stations recently.just for a change.and this song blew my mind.it really spoke to how i was feeling about my boyfriend who is uncertain in his faith because of all the pain in the world.it's hard to talk with him about faith and also try to appeal to his feelings at the same time.i take lines from this song and apply it to both of us."would you dare to believe" goes out to him. This song is truly amazing! God is so Good! I remember when I was in this dark state of mind. At that moment I felt abandoned, hurt and lonely. I had no one I decided to give in to a God I didn't know. This song gave me hope. It's been a year and a couple months now since I converted. Jesus really showed me that at that time it was just the dark before the morning. So I encourage all of you my brothers and sisters in Christ. To keep having faith in Him. For only God can heal you.
