Yeah, but Rammstein had to return to the beginning when they went to USA, starting in small clubs and raising to the top again. It's not as easy as going there and getting big. They did it with that sole purpose and were there for a few years if I am not mistaking. A tour to a different continent, as far as I know, comes with a shit-ton of expenses and the band has to be invented for that to even happen. I am not an expert on how any of this works, but I am pretty sure not much of it depends on the band at all.
I haven't seen both of them, though, so I understand your pain. Hardly anyone comes to my forgotten country.

Chris Singer I agree..whether he is or isnt...the outfits, and dancing, etc is part of a stage persona made famous by David Bowie. Look at other current male artists wearing feather boas, guy-liner, tight/skinny jeans... Dave Navarro, Lenny Kravitz, Scott Weiland (rip), the guys of Steel Panther, Motley Crue, Poison...it's the factor in of glam rock appeal

this song saved my daughters life. she had just had a devastating loss, and this song pulled her through it. I love this song and all their other songs. POTF is the greatest and Marko Saaresto sings like an angel

Jennifer Hall It's really beautiful what music can do cybor hugs to your daughter, I'm glad she found comfort and healing in Poets of the Fall song too. For me it was Dawn, my husband discovered Poets through Allen Wake and as a Valentines gift I was RUclipsing to see what albums Lift and Carnival of Rust was on and if any other songs where good, which at that point I wouldn't have known music had just become background noise to me, but I fell asleep with the headphones on and heard Dawn in a dream I didn't see my son but I felt he was there, like he was saying Mommy you've mourned me long enough, my dream-self was tore up ugly snotty crying and everything but I jolted awake to "I'll be standing next to you" really loud in my ears and just like that I felt peaceful, and I'm not one to believe in stuff like that but I do believe I heard the song when I needed it, no matter the true meaning of the lyrics it will always have its own meaning to me.
I am so sorry that you lost your son. I am glad that you found comfort and peace. My daughter is still struggling with her loss. When she had just turned 12, she lost her first crush to suicide. He was just 10 years old. Next month will make it a year, and she is so depressed again. But she is very strong, and I know that she will get through this. I just wish there was more I could do to help her

The moment my husband and I (just dating at the time) heard this song we knew that if we ever got married this was to be our first dance at our wedding. Lo and behold Almost two years ago we danced as husband and wife to this song. It meant so much to us in those early days and means so much more to us now. Poets in general means a lot to our relationship

This song has a very special place in my heart. I only heard it about a year ago, but the words dug deep and stuck with me. Because last year I was diagnosed with anxiety by my doctor. It was a rough year, but this song helped me keep moving forward. I know it's about love and relationships, but it reminded me to love myself and that there are so many people who love me.
